El Cristoff
hi all,i am thinking about buying a hose splitter, but does that mean i will have to run two M6/M6 Cylinders instead of a M6/M6 and a M6/M8 Cylinders.Tarty says 'bleed one side then the other', what do they mean by that. CONFUSEDcheers in advance,Chris
br3n
Split your hose and run it off to each caliper, you can block the extra hole with a chainring bolt if you dont have a spare magura one.. As for bleeding both sides, Its as simple as it sounds.. bleed both sides - the air will move up toward the leaver, do the other side until any air in either caliper has moved up the main hose and out of the lever...Having said that, why do you want one? they're not really useful and are just more effort to bleed... If your after a stiffer brake perhaps, A braided hose would be a better sollution.
Muel
I'm getting one, because I keep catching my foot on my hose and I want to run it inside the frame.
Greetings
Not worth getting one.About the bleeding, what they mean is that you can't bleed them both at the same time. So you need to bleed one cylinder while the bleeding screw on the other cylinder is done up and then do the opposite.
