drumhitter
Hey everyone, I've got a zona zenith, and when I shift into the lower gears the chain catches on the frame (near the dropout) and sometimes jams it's self in there.I've recently put a ohpe pro 2 trials hub on there, and can only get three gears on the hub without ribbing on the frame. What am I doing wrong? is that frame designed to be single speed? Thanks for any help guys...Antp.s. if this isn't a normal problem I'll take pictures soon. Edited May 11, 2007 by drumhitter

dave85
Yeah that's normal, one of the prices you pay for having a low top tube is bad clearance around the cassette area. If you need say, the 18 and the 12, split the cassette up and rearrange it so theyre next to each other. It'll look stupid but works. drumhitter
I have a 22t on the front. what sizes do most people use? I think the cassette I've got has a 17 and a 19.Why the 12 also? So I can get around on it?Thanks for the swift replying....Ant Edited May 11, 2007 by drumhitter
Fishy
I think he means just any of the gears you use mostly. So like for trials you'd have like 18, then for getting around, maybe a really small like 12 or 13 next to the 18.
drumhitter
Ok thanks for your help guys...Do any of you have a cassette tool going cheap? I've screwed the lock nut on with my fingers and didn't suppose I'd be undoing it!Ant
