hi i was just wondering if anyone has any tips for side hops cause i stink at them ive snapped 2 mech hangers in 2 days

its square tapered and i don't think its loose or at least i'm hoping it isn't tarty bikes fitted it

i've recently bought the new onza limey frame, and cause i'm lazy i had tarty bikes fit the bottom bracket my problem is the bottom bracket seems well too long and flexes wen i pedal 2 hard i cant put a smaller one on because my cranks would smack into my brake thingys (i don't no the name) but anyway any advice
