Ive got a hope xc and i think that it is great for trials, alltough i used tot have a mono and they are also very good. they are almost the same but the xc has disc mounts, so its all down to personal preferance really.

Ive just bought a new frame and have gone with the python, i find it probably the best frame in the price range and beats the gu anyday.

Ive been using the troy lee designs xc gloves for nearly a year now and they are still fine and only about half worn. In my eyes they are the best trials gloves. they also keep your hands warm in the winter.

Unlucky my mum and dad encourage me because it keeps me out of trouble and is good exercise. He brought me a second hand zoo pitbull for christmas off e-bay for £500 and he has already spent about enother £500 on parts because i didn't like the old stuff 
it would have been just as much for a new one 
but then again it would not have had all the parts that i wanted.Dan
Is it just me or do other people get enoyed when people text talk.
Its the same for me but i ask my dad for something like a headset and then buy a frame, cranks, wheels etc but my dad get it all for me because he know i enjoy it and i wont have it for 5 mins and then want something else. allthough i did find it a little harder explaining to him why i am now building up a mod bike and still keeping my stock but parents are easily persuaded so i now have my bike well underway.
just tell your mum its the rubbish riders that wreck the stuff not you because your too good.

I would go for try-all, they are so much better than the echos. i have a try-all rear rim and whatever i try i cannot break it.

I used to use a simple shimano rear hub but now i have upgraded 2 a hope xc, they do not have as many clicks as the hope pro 2's but i like them.

Azonic bars are awsome and they are normally super strong, are you sure that your mate didnt have faulty bars?

Dont listen to him, i run 22:16 and i find it really comfortable. personally i would go for the tensile cranks as i prefer them to the try-all ones.

Craig stop advertising that you were drunk, u were putting most of it on. Also you need to learn to bail before you try to do anything when trials riding.

I would buy the Zona anyday they look a lot nicer than the monty in my opinion and i would not buy the 221 unlesss i was goin to buy the ti. Hope you like your frame what ever you get.

Take your bike belive me the natural riding is awsome down there. i went down there on a holliday and nearly died when i saw the quality of the riding down there, i wanted to kick myself in the head becausei didnt take my bike.

Just buy a pitbull frame. they lok better and you can buy them frame only.

Pro: better braking and easy to use when wheels are buckled.
Con: easy to bend disc when trying sidehops.

I use a onza hog rim ungrinded with the yellow plazmics pads. Its a very good set-up and does not slip apart from a little in the wet.

I think the DMR hubs are pretty amazing ive ridden on one and they are really smooth and quite strong too. I would say the best spokes to buy are these: http://tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=239 they are really good and strong. I have these built up onto both of my wheels and couldnt say a bad thing about them.

I dont think it will be for a while because he has just signed his deal with orange bikes. This means that they will only now be starting to design the new frames, and after testing etc it will be at lest 6 months.

Visit london its awsome, lots of good trails stuff there. If you are not familiar with it i would take a map though because it is easy to get lost.

Your brake might need bleeding, i cnt think of anything else it could be.

I have longish hair but i find it easyest to Steal my girlfriends bandanna hair band things. They work really well too keep your hair out of your face.
P.S dont steal a white one brcause it goes black when you repair your bike
