  1. it all boils down to what you prefer the most. i ride with zoo bars and i realy like them, i feel in control of the bike the whole time because of the width of them. i think that it also depends on if you like high rise set of bars or a low rise set. the monty bars have a much bigger rise to them compared to the zoo's. just try out the zoo's and see which you like best.

    cheers lou.

  2. if its your first bike i would certainly go for the t-pro, personally i think it is an all round better bike and th t-mag has disk on the front and in my opinion you dont want a disk on the front if your only just starting trials because it is easy to smash up and the last thing you want to be doing is spending money on new disks all the time.

    cheers lou.

  3. you are kind of doing the right thing, try to just put one kick in and then pull your brake, but it does take practice mate. you will get there eventually dont worry.

EDIT: ooooops didn't see the video. you are doing the right thing mate but like i said it just takes practice.

    cheers lou.

  4. just bought it, cant wait for it to arrive, my first trials bike oooo!

will hopefully get it by friday as i have a day off

these bikes are great starter bikes, i had one for 7 month and then it cracked where the top tube and down tube join together. so just keep looking out for this crack because 3 of us in my home town had them and they all cracked in the same place so would advise you not to have it longer than 6 month. by then you should have all the basics anyway.

    cheers lou.

  5. i would certainly get the echo 07. these rims are a lot stronger than the try-all, i have heard alot of bad things about the try-all rims, for example, dent easily and dont hold grinds. get the echo mate.

    cheers lou.

  6. i think you can buy them off of tarty but they are best to use on the try-all freewheel so there isn't really any point in getting one, all you need is a vice, hammer and a decent size chisel. just hit the pins on the side of the acs and put some kind of lubrication on it and it should come off with ease. hope i have helped.

    cheers lou.

  7. Thanks for the quick replies i may have to order some new pads then when i get paid next week lol.

    Adam.

get a pair of plazmatic crm's. they are amazing on a harsh grind, dont need no tar what so ever, just make sure you clean your rim before you go out. i clean my rim with cilit bang and my brake is awesome.

    cheers lou.

  8. put the hose into a vice but dont tighten it up to much, then get a screwdriver and open up the end of the hose a little bit then just tap the barb into the hose with a mallet or hammer. if it wont go in then put a little bit of fairy liquid in the hose and around the barb. thats all you need to do mate, hope i have helped.

    cheers lou.

  9. wats the bb hight like on the zoo iv hurd that it is quite high

they have a 55mm bb rise which makes the bike feel nice on the back wheel but im riding a GU at the minute and they have a 60mm bb rise and it feels even nicer on the back wheel. personally i would go for a GU but thats because im riding one.

    cheers lou.

  10. im right footed and i sidehop to the left. it does feel alot better goin the opposite way but like the guy above said neil t goes the same way as his lead foot, so obviously you can go which ever way feels best.

    cheers lou.

  11. i would highly recommend these cranks for you mate. i have had a set for a while now and nothing has gone wrong on them, they are amazing for the money. the only way you can strip the threads is by wrong instalation like you said or if the pedals are loose and you dont tighten them up. also i am running the echo external bottom bracket (if thats the one you mean?) and it is realy good aswel if i was you i would get one.

    cheers lou.
