    ^ Thats the best bit!

I say offer it to highest legit bidder and ignore the other bids. Simple pimple.

Yea thats what ive just done now. Quite a simple work around really.

  2. Just had a thought,

Is there not a law against sending organic matter overseas?

I dont want my month old shit being returned to sender, that would be shit. (pun intended)

PS Mark your welcome to close this thread if you want, i imagine your bored of 'EBAY IZ SH*T' threads.

  3. So you guys actually think they'd give a real address?

    In un-related news:

    Send it.

    I like your thinking.....

Send it, then they will pay me £454. WIN WIN.

I cant believe i even had to think twice about this transaction!

EDIT: well sending them a shit in a hilarious manner seems to be the popular choice. I might have to rethink.

  4. Was that bid considerably higher than all the others and out of the blue?

Most likely a scam, unless someone entered the wrong price and didn't notice.

Seemed that two people (0 feedback) bid it up high, and the loser then unregistered.

    According to ebay:

    Completing the Sale

The listing has ended and your item has sold. Good communication with your customers and prompt dispatch after the listing ends is crucial to your success as an eBay seller. (What if your item didn't sell? )

Once your item has sold you need to:

    1.Contact your buyer .

    2.Receive payment .

    3.Post the item .

    4.Leave feedback (optional, but encouraged).

    5.Pay seller eBay fees .

There from Germany so it will probly be a scammer, have they payed for it yet ?

No payment yet. Not expecting it. But if i get it then ill be pretty happy!

  5. hi im selling this bike but dont know a lot about it apart from its for trials riding brought it off a friend who was skint so have a look dont expect a mint bike cause its not but i have seen worse i will not post item so please dont ask.

Thats the worst sales pitch i have ever seen!

  6. Im pretty sure that smoothing out welds would be a good idea, but it does depend on the amount of weld material used.

Cannondale and klien perform oversized welds and smooth them out, so they have a similar amount of material to a normal arc weld. Having such a smooth weld will minimise any points of high stress brought on by the pattern from the welding.

To be fair, both styles will have similar strength, its all about the annealing/heat treatment process afterwards.

  7. Check out this deal at Aria

I have the same moniter, the casing is quite cheap but it comes with samsung panel, which is off one that retials at over £1200!!

Do research around this moniter if you consider it, its quite cheap and there are a few copys of it around.

The quality and resolution (1920x1200) is just awsome, and i dont regret buying it!

  8. I just extended my monty bars in the workshop yesterday... weird!

I used aluminium though, and drilled nice big holes through them.

I think i have extended a little less than you (45mm each end), they look a bit comedy-wide but feel really nice to ride!!

    Good job

    Charlie

  9. I had this problem a few weeks ago, i found that clamping (with a molewrench) onto the end cap... and tugging and twisting works.

Dont bother trying to just pull of the cassette body, its just a much harder method.

Ill get a pic for you in a sec, makes it much easier!

    Charlie

    Ok..

Just put the mole grip like this:

Pull and wiggle and the same time and it should ease off:

After that the cassette body should pull off, do it slow... watching for the pawls and springs!
