    I will say that giving into perfectionism or insecurity only means they dominate you. I'm usually displeased with my riding, videos, etc. but I won't let that stop me. You have to recognise that those feelings don't really serve you and stand up against them otherwise life becomes more problematic. I've found by trying to ignore them as much as possible their voices have definitely lessened over time although they have never really completely gone away (especially perfectionism!). Yet the more they have reduced the easier life has become in many senses.

    I think you're spot on here Ben! I can relate to this so much!

    I think it's more to do with the people that previously ran and developed Onza, now don't have as much control over the brand and it's future so decided to go their own route?

    I could be very wrong, but why else would they put their designs into another brand?

  21. Euro Trip 2013

    Me, Joe Seddon, Josh Kydd and James Davies decided to start our 2013 summer with a proper road trip and get riding some totally new spots. Which turned out to be a massive success and a great laugh!

    After nearly 2000miles, 6 days of riding, 4 trails riders and A LOT of banter! We managed to gather enough clips each day for me to make a proper edit. It's been a while since I've made a video so I'm a little rusty, but happy with how the video came together. We all played our part with the filming which gave me plenty of clips to work with when editing them together.

    The video reflects quite well on how the trip was, bunch of riders having fun, nothing serious.

    Enough jibber jabber, get comfy with a beer, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did editing it!

  25. BMX - Worlds first double barrel roll

    Your going to get hate when you call something a "worlds first" and don't even really make it,

    It's just the same as someone going out and doing 70" sidehop but on/off it.

    If you read the topic, I said you can be the judge whether it counts or not. The whole reason for a forum is to discuss it... :) My view is at least he's given it ago!
