1 Get a lemon and put the juice on a glass.
2 Get a sandpaper and pads. You need to do 8's if you want to preserve the pads "square".
3 Clean the pads with a paper towel to get out all the ferodo and put the pads on the glass with the lemon juice.
4 Put the oven to the maximum ºC. When the oven are hot as hell put the pads on it.
5 Wait 15min, take off the pads with care and eureka! Your pads are still "new".

WHICH ONE?
I don't know how you stetted them then. I have a friend who uses them, and he has got his pair since one year now, he has 3 or 4 mm of material left... (I reckon you were talking about Coust! pads?)
Gilles uses the Yellow Crocopads...
Only Giaco uses Coustellier... I have a pic from Le Tour de Sçay and her pads are chamfrened...

so still trying to get this mod working, got some new cranks in the post, went to fit them on the bike and i cant get the screw on sprocket off the original crank arm. it seems to be pretty ceased (sp?) onto the crank arm.
its an echo titanium sprocket on a try all crank arm. is there some kind of trick im missing?? something to do with a chain whip maybe? or is a vice the best bet? (without trying to damage the sprocket . . .)

I love how springy you are
-
Updated with lots off tryall bits
Looks AWESOME, and lighter than the old setup
-
Yep, but it will do for now, dont think the hubs are too bad.
The rear hub are doesn't bad, the rear rim weights around 600g.
But anyway, it's your bike and you can put all you want.
The black scheme with the orange frame looks awesome.
-
That rear wheel weights a tone...
-
Get rid of the blue front rim and it will be sexy.
I want to do big holes and polish/paint the rim but I don't have time at the moment...
-
the thread of my forks are f**ked, need to put a helicoils...

care to share mate?
my front brake is rubbish and its winding me up lol
(echo tr brake, rock pads, tr clamps... grinded trial-tech rim NO tar!!)
You need to setup the pads paralel to the rim all you can, water bleed, hard grind (In my opinion) and some good pads. Thats it.
I put the coustpads on the rear and the hold are very unbelievable. I think, on the rear works fine... and I put a new pair on the front...
The brake holds like a Vbrake, the hold are awsome and the "squeack" sound are very orgasmic hehehe
