    I used to have problems with blisters, but i found those hebo team gloves were awesome because they don't have any seams and they look cool, especially in red! http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?product_id=2126&category_id=39

    hi

    dnt know u but was reading a post about sprockets or summit

    ive just bought a new trialtech sprocket to screw on my crank but cant get my old one off

    how do you manage to do it
