ye i would drill the bolts out if a had a drill, and i dont trust myself anyway. i might get a re-threading kit how much are they abouts?

i have a 20" echo team frame. the rear magura mounts on the frame all 4 of them have threaded. one bolt is still snapped off in the frame (which i cannot get out) and the other 3 have rounded at the top so i cannot screw a bolt in. does anyone know of any other better ways i can sort my frame out other than getting it helicoiled? and does anyone know of any places i can get it helicoiled in the area of weymouth and portland ish? HELP!
