  1. wow this is hot news - 03 frames with cracks. i have a 1065 and so do many of my friends they are the most reliable frames we have owned. if mine did crack after 18 months of learnin trials i would buy another.

  2. i think they are worth a look - that sort of geo was fine until "arse in the air" fashion took over. the web site is morphing - its changed since my last look. could be they are selling high explosive.

  3. i thought you had to ride a koxx to go - is it open to all - if so thats cool. how many trials riders actually went and from how many countries - it sounds like a big do.

is it possible to visit buthiers to ride any time or do you have to wait for a comp.

  4. Just 'cos they're zoo, or does the geometry suit your wrists/arms better than the Brisa?

I used EA70. Then switched to tryall for some extra width. I'm now back on EA70, because they're lot more comfortable. Not as triasy, but meh.

hey janson - never complain about my sperrin again.........

    triasy

    or is that sweedish.

  5. sweed - the vegtable - has two e's, but skuse my spellllin.

are you saying that all people that achieve good results on try all tyres are actually better riders than the results show.......................

  6. They're good pads. Same as Echo and Viz pads, so when you see all the kids with the new Viz pads which are 'superior to all other pads ont market', they're just the good ol' Spanishfly.

I had some on my rear vee. They like fresh grinds, and last about a season of comps.

dont agree with you on tyres - but i do agree with you on pads my sp's are brill - i got them off ebay for a good price.

  7. Results say NOTHING. Example, Vincent Hermance could ride Tigoa tyres and still beat the crap out of everyone here. It's all about SKILL and PRECISION.

I have only tried try-all rear tyres on other people's bikes. They have folded, flexed and felt generally inferior to Maxxis. On the front though, they're nice tyres. A bit on the heavy side, but not too flexy for small rims, and plenty of grip and pinch protection.

Also, try-all tyres shed mud no better than Maxxis. They clog up really fast and lose all their grip, just like all other tyres used for trials. You'll have to give it the ol' stick treatment, beating the mud out of the tread before riding a section or whatever.

    Personally though, I don't bother.

mine work fine - i am pleased with them. may be you are to near the north pole and the magnetic force has clouded your judgement - or do all sweedish people say .. the ol stick treatment..

  8. any doubt about try all tyres and grip - just study the nbtc results. i think they show what grips and what doesnt. mod and stock are the same pattern. i have one and grip is awesome
