  1. No i havent, new to the whole aspect lol, im just sick of setting up my front hs33 all the time, i like the way discs look as well, really do want one.

Front magura isant bad with good pads you will get the same braking power as a disk plus they're alot lighter i run front magura at the moment and i love it its up to you though if you care more about looks or if you care more about weight your choice (Y)

  2. It's looks like the kind of the hope mono, dont know what kind of fitting that is, its doesnt look at all like that avid

I was focusing more on the adapter than the avid its self lol it was just an idea of what i mean have you got a disk brake on your bike at the moment ?

  3. I have cut my bash mounts off before using a grinder hacksaw and file what you do is get a grinder grind the weld down as much as posible till you think its getting close to the frame then take the hacksaw and cut into were you think the mount starts and as soon as you think your close to the mount and you have done this all the way around the weld and the opisite side to get some mole grips clamp it to the mount and give it a sharp pull the mount will come off and you file up the welds jobs a good one (Y)

  4. What to do is drill a hole near the top and bottom of the head tube then drill two in the middle but at the sides but keeping it on the face of the head tube so your not weakening it. Then take a blade out of a hack saw put it in a hole cut it out like dot to dot then if you have a file take it and neaten it up. Then with a fine sand paper take the rough edges off after this you should end up with a dimond shape in your top tube. This will save waight and looks pritty nifty hope iv helped (Y)

    regards Ryan :)
