You need to specify hub and rim dimensions- The diameter at which the spoke holes sit on the hub, the flange offset from the centreline of the hub, the effective rim diameter and spoke offset, if any. Probably best to ask Adam though
Adam@tartybikes?
Thanks for all your help aswell people.
-
Google+"spoke calculator" = Spoke length calculator
Or of course, give Adam at TartyBikes a shout on Tuesday and he'll probably be able to tell you straight off through his magical encyclopedic trials brain!
Sorry, but that has really confused me.
It says the rim's from a selection and the hub's, But mine are'nt on there:(
Could anyone help me do it?
-
I have heard about a spoke lenght calculator, but I cant find it anywhere.
Could one of you mybe help me please?
I have a Viz fixed 116mm Hub 32hole And a Echo 07 rim.
I'm having trouble finding the write lenght spokes.
Thanks alot

Yeh, the link was connected properly because i am always carefull when working on the chain. i think i just has a faulty link, thats all
I have been running the same chain on my dirtbike for 2years with no probs, now i am using it on my trials bike for a while till i get a new chain
anyways, i am going to bed now as it has gone midnight here so thanks for he help everyone and goodnight
Red
Hmm, You just must be unlucky then.
-
I run the chain tight enough not to rattle but loose enough so it bends esily when pushed by hand so it is the right tension - i think i am just unlucky
Red
I do lubricate my chain a little so each link moves smoothly. i work in the workshop in a bikeshop so i have my hands on all lubricants so i know that is not the problem.
Do you make sure you have the chain joined proply when you join it?
Could be a weak link.
Hope I helped.

am not start a fight is just sum people are jealous
Shhhhhh.
People aren't jealous it just gets on alot of people nerves that they have to save up for there bike and the stuff that they upgrade. Then you and your brother just come on here every week with " Look at my new Update, agian" thread,Even through you dont break your parts you just buy new ones. Where do you get all your money from?,
-
Make sure that you tell them what kind of bike it is in a detailed way, because I got my old bike stolen and tried to claim on my insurance which I payed every month, But when I tried they turned round and said that they could'nt give my money back because it was a " Special Bike"
Just thought I would warn you.
Same thing happend to me.
I was well upset.
-
Shame you quit.
I have been of my bike for 2years now and i have missed riding so much as it is fun and a good way to keep fit.
You looking for 20" or 26"?
As i have two frames i want to get rid of.
So cant w8 till i get to use the classified soon as well.
Where you from?
I'm after a mod.
I'm from Linconshire
-
Ok guys dont start a Fight.
( Defiently not over the internet, it makes you look so "HARD")
-
It is the 06 modle.
When i have the money i will be getting one of them and some echo light forks.
So what bike do u ride?
Not riding a bike at the moment.
I used to ride and then quit but now I'm just getting back into the sport.
Hopefully i will be able to use classified soon, So I can hopefully buy a good second hand bike and really get back into the sport.
I loved trials, i don't know why I quit.

That is so nice , What year is it?, it would feel so nice with a low rise stem like a echo-team stem.

thanks
Red
How Tight or loose was yur chain?
-
Sorry but I think that is horrible. It is only my opion through.
-
What chain is the best for trials because i am getting fed-up with my snapping chain.
I snapped my chain today and it was a koolchain
I also found that the koolchain can be a little heavy as i am trying to keep the weight down
thanks
Red
It has to be a KMC cool chain.
Mine never snaped, It lasted ages, I had to et a new one beaseu it got to old and I had no more drop out for it to pull into tension it had streched so much.
All in all it is a great chain.
Has my Vote.

My Echo tryer is great. They are nice and bouncy but it does lack grip, But not alot.
Can also aint a white line on the edge spacings to make them look PIMP and like the old school Echo/Monty tryes.
