Yes all rim brake can use water.

Bath bleed or if you have a kit use that.

They're actually really good. I work at halfords and put one on a bike the other day. Had a blast around the car park and was acually stunned at how good it was.

How will anyone on here know where you locally can get cheap spray paint?

i.e. market shop round corner does it for a quid a can for wanna be taggers. but i dont have a clue about southwoodam ends.

I saw a thread in bike pictures a while ago, the person had used some 25p a can spray paint. It looked amazing, but I think you might have the trouble of it being cheap; it's probably going to be crap and flake off really easyly.

I recommend some rather more pricey stuff from hellfrauds.
