Im likeing it very much. I could only fault one think and that is the front end looks rather low.
Coming on well .

For that sort of price i would think you could pick up a onza T-pro of ebay or from your local bike shop. They are good bikes to get started off on.
-
Yep, there NOT the ones i was thinking of, same company?
Forget what i said above, its probably of no relevance to the ones you are looking at, sorry.
The 24/7 cranks i have are definatly welded, and have definatly stood up to at least 3 years of stick on various downhill tracks up and down the country from a mate of mine (admitedley on a full susser) and if i remember right, another 3 years at the hands of me on my hardtail, both arms are in one piece, no signs of failure around any of the welds, and the threads, axel and bearings are still fine (think my mate changed the bearings from the origional ones, but i have not so much as touched them).
I agree, none of the cranks on tarty are welded, but if there is a reason why, what is it? I am assuming it is mostly due to weight, or is it that a steel weld is superior to an ali weld, and ali is used to keep the weight down, hence no welds?
Sorry for warbling a bit.
Mike
Ow thanks for the info. well i persum that if the same branded cranks are lasting on a downhill bike then i think the trials cranks should be ok for a few months.
cheers Ash

Do you know if they are forged or cnc`ed?.
-

I was looking though youtube the other day and seen there are a few girls that ride trials.
I have heard that girls do take interest in trials but never seen them ride.
I think its good that there are girls riding aswell though.
So, come on ladys get riding
-
Well basicly i am after some cranks to get me riding again, and have seen some of the 24/7 cranks. To me they look fairly good but never actualy seen any in action. As far as i know they come with the 24/7 frame sets.
What are they like?
Stronge or weak?
What sort of price would i be looking at?
(This is not a wanted topic)
Thanks again Ash
