i came off pretty badly nearly two weeks ago and was pretty banged up, i feel completely fine now but when i get on my bike i get the worst pain in my left shoulder its unreal, does munching a bunch of pain killers before a ride actually help? and how early before i ride should i take them?
-

sasha your one of the rudest bad mouthed people i know?... you shout abuse at complete randoms for no reason (and no... we dont think its funny)

everyone is being silly to be honest is there anything wrong with people not wanting to smash up a frame while were learning tricks?.. yes ok you will fall off and scuff the frame thats always going to happen, you have to deal with it, but when we are learning tricks i would rather be safe in the knowledge that my frame has some sort of protection on it.

im still going strong

hope i get the same treatment for my birthday.... its in 10 weeks time so you can all start planning about now yh?
happy b-day xx
-
lol i cant sleep either! small world and oh yh welcome back
-
its that time of the day again :|.... anyone gotta topic we can talk about lol
-
well none of us have been riding particulay long and were trying to learn poles and hopping across the bike rack things (probably the coolest looking trick EVER!!! ) so thats why we are all after them and if we have even some small dents in the frame its goingg to affect the resale price
-
its not that we arent pushing ourselves when were riding its just that in the back of our minds we always think if we mess this up we might have to pay money and be out of riding for a couple of days or possibly even weeks if we break something expensive, (im sure were not the only ones that worry about it) so therefore any sort of protection for any part of the bike in my eyes is a good idea and i would definatley buy one.
