Starting Uni there on the 18th of Sept
So I'm looking for some people in the area to get to know who ride trials and can show me around.
Will be getting a trials bike soon after I start there too, delving deep into my student loan to fund it, so lets hope I can get a job
Anyone around?

right i had just been riding about a month and was just geting the hang ov drops and i had done this 2 and half/3foot drop 3-4 times before so i gets back wheel as i go to pedle kick off my chain snaped and i face planted the floor taking most ov the skin of the right side ov my face aswell as braking my arm and dislocating my coller bone the hospital thort i had broke my cheek bone and jaw because ov the amount ov swelling on the right side ov my face and i still have a lump on my forhead thas solid and this is 2 month on.

i got mine for around 120 and it is in vgc
how long ago was that whats it ride like does the geo ov the frame feel nice?? just not sure as im going from verry low streety frame to high bb and more trialsy frame thanks

the hope minis are quite good,great bite and hold leaver feels realy nice to and u can pimp them to mach your bike if you wish. get one ov them and you wont be disapointed
alltho avid bb7 cable brakes are great if you get a good cable and a decent leaver sumthing like a shimano xtr i have a bb7 with a xtr leaver and its great it got good bite great hold and just asmuch power than a hope if not more. hope i have helped thanks ben

right so i'm repainting my frame as i dont like the way it looks at the moment and want it to stand out so i would like your ideas on coulor schemes my thorts are matt black frame and fluro orange forks or matt black frame and fluro green forks i have white wheels and loads ov anodised red parts so would like the coulor to go with them i no its my bike and paint it how i like but i would realy like some other coulor schemes to chose from and pics if any ones got any ov a good coulor scheme thanks.

hello people am in need of some new pads,just wondered would rock blue pads have good hold and bite on a smoth rim with a litte tar just before i buy.

Theres been so many people asking what tar is and where to get it from,so when i was browsing ebay. i saw this so i thoght that id post the link up in case any one needs some!

nope i can only fit 2.2 on the back but 2.4 up front

right im after some new tyres,has got to be 2.2 or smaller on the back and up to 2.4 on the front. i ride mostly street sometimes a bit of park and the odd bit of natural not much though budget of £45 the pair! what do people recommend are halo twin rails any good that's what the local bike shop suggested thanks

HOPE there cheaper and iv had mine for a while now and not had a problem with it i got mine second hand to and if something does go wrong there cheaper to fix!

There is also the discovery museum, top college, walls around jesmond metro station, civic centre and keyside. am sure there is alot more too we just aint found it!

the church near flares ok down from bar55 north got a place just off the main street where new library is next to trillions where there is walls on a roof below some flats there also is a big block area under that bridge where the flats are u also got loads places in uni's the bottom uni with benches and tables everywhere sweet etc newcastle just ace

we ride darlo redcar durham newcastle carlisle places like that few of us go to cramlington hexham small places now an again but usally get a good turn out at northallerton bt newcastle got best spots if you know them we ride everyweekend and few of us will ride threw week various locations dependin on weather etc
how do you get about and wheres the best spots to ride in newcastle ? thanks
