  1. Just recently got rid off my Tee Vee and switched to T-Pro. Glad I did now tbf. I dont like the look of Tee Vees/T-Birds but i do like the way they ride.

But now i have the T-Pro. And I havent had the frame too long now but i love it.

The only reason i got the T-Pro is a lot of my mates around my area have them and they ride awesome.

If you can hold out for the T-Pro but if not take the Tee Vee

    Hope this helps

    James

Are you serious? u like the way they ride? seriously a t-pro is not the best riding bike in the world but they are a million times better that a t-bird or a t-vee! honestly if you can find a video of someone riding a t-bird/ vee well let me know i personally think that its impossible

  2. In my opinion the best beginner bike is the best bike that you can afford from the out set, buying one second hand is the way forward as you can get what are considered the £1500 spec for about £350, the reason that you want to get a good bike from the outset is you will get better, and you will bash it along the way and the last thing you want is to be constantly repairing your bike.

  3. Hi, I'm Dan.

Nearly 44 (does that make me the oldest grandpa member on the forum?). Just come back to motorcycle trials after 10 years away (my son is now 10!!).

Been kite buggying for the last couple of years, but wanted to get back on a bike again. Need something to practice balance and build core strength on, as I can't ride the Sherco between trials. Also hoping to get my son interested in cycle trials as he's not into the motorbike version at present but loves his Trek cycle.

Still looking for a bike, but need something reasonably big, as I'm 6'2" and the wrong side of 16 stone. Will anything stand up to that kind of abuse??

Adam at Tartybikes suggested I need a long 26", so anyone selling similar please let me know (as I can't post on the for sale section yet!!). All expert opinions and advice welcome, ie what should I be looking for for around £250?

    Cheers,

    Dan.

if you are looking for something to take abuse i would recomend that you look in to buying something from dengura eg echo zoo gu ect or another option would be a koxx marc vinco get any of them in the long version and it would be right up your street, and if you are 6' 2'' try and get something at least 1080mm long

  4. ok i know that you guys are seriously interested in getting good my advise would be to watch as many videos as possible find the technique you want and try and copy it, but still the only thing that will make you a great trials rider is pure practise.

    also try checking out trashzen
