  1. Right I need to reply to a pm from a member, but for some reason I can't copy or paste what I need to from his message, and more annoyingly, no reply box appears so I cannot reply, it's only on this site & replying to him. Been trying since last night.

It's a pretty new pc with windows 7 home. Are there some settings that need changing? No other site is affected but this one.

I also get this! i use windows vista. i find if i change the forum to ip board mobile at the bottom it works.. for its been a few months doing it.

  2. I've stumbled across a classic video from London featuring Dan Pepin. First saw it many years ago and always admired his riding style. Just wondering if anyone could point me to any other vids of him? The one I've got is London2 with a Linkin Park soundtrack.

    how about this one?

  3. IE fail! Try a different browser I'd recommend google chrome! :)

Its worked trouble free in this browser for ages. did look at chrome, what makes it better?

But in this case will make no difference, because he's using IE9, which in terms of rendering and javascript quality is "pretty f**king good".

I'm willing to bet this is caused by something else, like the cache being full.

If you're gonna change to a new browser, I'd recommend either Firefox 3.6.18 or Opera 11.5. I use pretty much every browser available on a daily basis (for work) and those are my top two.

Thats the first thing i thought but the cache has been cleared using ccleaner pro.. im happy with IE9 not had any problems apart from this any other forum i use its fine :S

I have done a full clean of my system internet options and delete all! plus the ccleaner as an extra but still no joy.

  4. he went into the back of you while you were stood still. Id say it was his fault.... If he rode off. thats a crime in itselfs. Correct?!

His fault he hit you... crime as he rode off! you should report the crash just to cover any out come be up front with whats happend, where as if you wait for him to report it they will think your maybe in the wrong for not wanting to report it..

hope that reads as i mean it :S

  5. anyone know if modern hubs would fit i dont know what size they take

Yes a modern 135mm spaced hub will fit! the orange zero is not that old! the thing to watch is the rim size! modern rims might be to wide..

run a d521 or a sunn ryhno lite

    hope that helps

  6. that bike looks so nice! anyone else noticed that as you go through the pics there is less and less bits on the bike. first no brakes, then just the frame, and then everything except the brakes and chain and shizzle. pretty sweet though

Yeah i was going for light weight! its all back on now though brakes included :)

  7. love it mate, i miss mine.

i have an idea, which you wont listen to. to match up the all black front end spray the head tube and a few inches of the top and down tube black. you get me? then it would a black front and white back.

    just me.......? :-

yeah i understand, like a black to orange fade maybe (Y)

i would mess it up though :$

  8. It's similar to Updock.

    e-peen =

INTERNET slang for ego, pride, or attitude in the virtual world. long standing net definition for the age old "bigger penis" argument.

    or so urban dictionary says.

and worse still i had to look it up as i did not know what you mean by "updock" :$

i should just give up now!

  9. Nitromorse can take off anything especially skin, sanding doesn't really leave a nice texture on your frame.

    Not sure it does!

my leeson did not think so!

Having to get it shot blasted now :( Will cost about £10, its less effort and should help the new paint stick better, or so i have been told

  10. Simple answer: yes. Under optimal conditions, 20 people could be exposed to the same patch of color which has a measurable, quantifiable value along the electromagnetic spectrum. However, due to variances in the visual system of each person (clarity of cornea, clarity of lens, clarity of the vitreous and aqueous humors, number of rods and cones in the retina, etc.) as well as 20 different ways to interpret the color, each person will see something slightly different. Try this: gather a group of friends--the more the better--at a paint store. Seek out a commercial product, any product will do, that has a STRONG singular color characteristic. Give everyone a good look at it for a while and then, one by one, send each person to the paint sample location and have them pick what they think is the same color from the samples provided. Don't show each other the samples until everyone has chosen. Then compare. Did everyone choose the same color? You may even want to compare it to the product you're trying to match and see who came the closest! This experiment may not produce much variance with a BASIC color like "fire engine red," but when you try it with colors that are harder to define--like "sea foam green" or "French vanilla"--you'll probably discover that everyone's perception of that color is slightly different.

  11. That's completely and utterly wrong. Massive bullshit advice.

Partz - If you're not watching/recording live TV then ignore them. If they're really set on checking you out they'll send someone round to make sure before it goes anywhere near a court. Chances of them even bothering to do that are relatively slim though!

Thats just my experience! and looking at the other comments it seems there is a lack of understanding on how the tv license works. its not very clear at all (N)

read this link, i know its old but it wont have changed
