  1. finally time for a new frame, currently riding an '05 to '07 kot ms2 and want something with a similar geometry, but low weight and quite strong/no flex. anyone recommend anything. current geometry is: wheelbase-1100mm, +50mm BB rise, 370mm chainstay length, 72 degree head angle

  2. so, I've just fitted a basically new try-all H rear wheel to my kot ms2 and there is no brake sound. this worries me as when I had my echo TR rim my TNN LGM's would howl like a banshee. should I clean/sand the pads and white spirit the rim or will I just need to bed the pads into the rim?

  3. I read earlier today that help for heroes has organized a "hero ride" in London. I'm looking to organize one in or around the Liverpool area and need to know how many people would actually commit to turning up and would have a sponsorship form to help raise funds for the charity

  4. 20" are similar to 26" and are flickier/easier to ride. They feel quite short if you're from a mountain bike background I've found. What I'd do is go on a couple of group rides, have a go on a few people's bikes and see what you think. Bear in mind that each bike is setup for that rider

  5. Depends on what kind of trials you want to ride. If you want to do static gaps/hops then a 24"/26" pure trials will suit you, especially coming from a DH background. However if you want to do more flowy bmx style riding 24" is your best bet

  6. I currently run the 2011 HS33's front and rear with the 4-finger levers. What I've been pondering is whether I should stick with the 4-finger levers and wait till the come back in stock at tartybikes or should I go for the 2-finger levers. Is there a noticeable difference in power between the two lengths or are they fairly similar?

  7. I used to get that with my 5 10s, must ne due to the fact they're the biggest soled shoes on the market. I found that you will eventually get used to them, just need to put up with them. As for remedying cramp, untie them every few hours to let your feet "breathe" for a bit
