Hi,
I recently took my back wheel off and I’ve forgotten how to reconnect the chain tensioner arm, which is a Rolholf speed tensioner. Could someone please show me the correct way of putting it back and if possibly send me some pics.

Hi all,
I have recently got a second hand stock for Christmas and I constantly have to tighten some of the spokes on the rear wheel. What can I do to stop the spokes from coming loose? Would a bit of lock tight work?
Cheers,
Ed.

Basically my lower right abs have been hurting since I woke up this morning. At first I thought it was because I needed to p*ss, but that didnt help. Further excrement didnt help too.
Then I thought it was trapped wind and granted Ive not farted well yet, but I dont feel any farts coming. Its also definitly localised to my lower right...
So basically Im a bit worried - 2 exams in the next two days, and a few other comittments biking + climbing related in the weeks to come... Should I go get it checked out? (after my exams...)
Thanks guys....
The symptoms sound similar to what I had. At first I thought I needed a huge fart but that didn't work. The doctor said it could have been trapped wind and I was given a course on antibiotics. But as the days progressed the course of medication didn’t work. Eventually I was emitted to hospital. They said it could have been trapped wind but then finally decided to remove my appendicts out and turned out to be the right decision. I hadn't done anything strenuous before I had these symptoms.
Personally I would definitely go and see the doctor about this.

It was a good race, cant believe how much pace lorenzo had on the last laps, made it look way to easy getting to the front. Was hoping Dani would win though,
The moto2 race was great, exciting till the last lap.
I think lorenzos the man to beat this year, rossi will be super consistant and pushing him all year. Want do see Dpedrosa win more than his usual 2 a year. Dont care what stoner does lol.
Hopefully hayden and melandri wil have good seasons too.
I really do want Hayden and melandri to have good season after there very bad season last year! Hyaden's looking very promising on the ducati so far, probably better then stoner on it now.
I agree that moto 2 race was brilliant so much fighting going on for places.

Just thought I should make a topic on MotoGp. Would just like to know who's going to be watching it this season and who you think is going to win the title.
Personally I hope Dani Pedrosa wins but I think rossi is going to win the title again.
I loved when Lorenzo jumped into the lake at the end of the last race.
