when i was jumping off a wall a couple of weeks ago some kid cycled in front of me and i tryed to dodge him (in the air) and my foot slipped of the pedal and it nailed my shin
.. it doesnt just hit your shin it hits then drags.
i chased that kid with a stick, beat him.

hi all, im new to trials and im wondering where to start, buy a brand new bike or second hand, get a mod or stock??
well basically im 5ft 7 and weigh 13 stone,

I watch it sometimes because I wet myself when they start argueing. I hate it, but it is really funny!
haha yh, then the arguement gets out of hand so the over-weight body gaurd comes in to sort it out
ive watched it so many times cause of my gran, where my hate comes from.

its one of them programmes that your mum or gran always watches and is usually on when ur off school ect
its like he is one of them guys in a collosseum they throw in a couple of people with troubles, and theres always the bad guy, a bad boyfriend ot the abusive father Ect..
and they'll pay them to come on to the show, and jeremy will say something like "get off your backside mate (lol yh, "mate") and get a job !"
then crowd are like clapping like he's just found the cure for cancer or somthing and the people in crowd are talking to each other saying things like "awh brilliant" - "weldone, damn right!"
then when the "bad guy" finally runs off crying from abuse, he runs into the back (where there still filming him) and he/she will be crying, then jeremy comes and he says things like "you alright mate its ok you wanna come back out, then the "bad guy" is like crying his eyes out cause he's just been humiliated on television in front of the nation ( and the crowd ) and realises the entire country now hates him
when he finally comes back out jeremy is his best friend and is now helping him "sort his life out". Great jeremy, your quite the man >.>

i was just looking at some 661 pads on a website, ( where did u get yours ? ).they look like they'd show if you were to wear them under jeans ect, do they?, because i've only seen people in videos wearing shorts or something and you can see them.

i know this is a trials forum so an ideal place to ask such questions, but even as a relatively new member...
im lost as to why some people find it impossible to open up google, type in 'buy mountain bike shin pads' or somthing similar, and go from there?!
failing that, try using a phone..and asking your LBS if they have any, or know where you can buy them (unless you really want to know where i got mine?)

i took me about 2 weeks to learn the pedal kick, definitly the hardest thing i had to learn.
get ur rear wheel hops down first, once you have that completely mastered then go for it, you cant go rong with what everyone else has said, u just need to be really determind
u can do it !

i ride lots so accidents happen often but especially with my pedals, they have a fair grip on them but whether your tryin to get up a wall, going down one or even jst cycling, when u do slip off your pedals and the kick back on you its really sore, so u have to get off your bike hopping on 1 foot doing a wee dance cause ur shins so sore (well i do )
my shins are bruised and shredded, this happenen to anyone else ?

wow that scott groove helmet came up alot i jst had the black 1 and then i fell off a wall hit my head and cracked it so i thot id get another scott groove but went for the red and white 1 tht was previously posted

i always ride by myself, two of my friends live really close and both have trials bikes but i ride by myself cause i dnt wanna drag them about with me :L i usually do wat i wana do and cycle about everywhere trying watever walls ect tht i can.
and ino wat u mean about the whole Xbox thing its scary its lyk a virus same with ps3 i have no consoles, not my thang :L

Hello im Neil from fortwilliam i jst turned 16 on hogmany, started riding last summer at the end of the holidays and am addicted to it :L i jst got a new onza comp 09 for xmas and am going out on it everyday (when i have it, the back brake caused sum trouble so its getting fixed for a week ) looking forward to the warm weather
and getin my bike back -
my fingers get numb fast which is really anoyin but the most anoyin thing is the ice ! i was riding last week and i fell off a 4ft wall backwards
gave my head a fair knock and cracked my helmet :/got a new 1 couple of days after

am gonna get a job in morrisons hopefully =) still in school so its no job desperation thing
there not taking anyone on the now but its just for money to buy an inspired fourplay spec 2 !
i love my 20" but the whole street style idea attracts me =P
