  1. hi all,

i have currently bought a second bike a few months back.(onza blade) and it has just sit there doing nothing so i was wondering mite aswell build it up. so what should i upgrade.

i would like to change the bars and stem plus forks.

wheels are okay for now as i'm short on cash.

    thanks for reading.

  2. i dont know how to help

but when i had my blade the bearings in the front wheel had rounded off. It hppened a few times and i never ever got the front wheel running smoothly agan. But and this is a big BUT lots of other ownes of blades have next to o problems with the bike.

Onza blade = great bike .. needs alot of care.

yep the bike is well looked after.

I just don't see why there is so much wrong with it.

  3. HI all i'm currently new to this forum.

my problem is that i have an 09 onza blade.(6 months old)

It is cleaned greased oiled. after or before every ride.Bolts and evrything is kept tight.

but my problem is is that it was coming up for it's 1st free service so i took it.

The man in the shop was disgusted with the state of the bike.

He explained the bottom bracket was broken the bearings had gone in front and back rim.

    the headset was broken ect.

    I totaly disagree.

For me as a new rider the bike is perfect.

The bike is currently being fixed. is there anything i can do to keep it in tip top form. i replace bearings when there worn ect ect.

    Thanks in advance.

  4. At the end of the day it's up to how you ride.I tend to ride 80% natural and hardly any street and i have found no problems with my creepy crawlers, i have also ridden eagle claws plenty of times, and no problem. Though don't know about anyone else i seemed to wear them out quicker than my creeper crawler. I would go with the crawlers but that is my opinon.

  5. I am currently riding a mod.I also ride natural. luarence has hit it spot on,you should only concentrate on stuff you want to learn.

other wise you may back away from the sport. don't force yourself to ride.

don't rush into it. take a step back and think what do i want to get out of this, and there the things you should learn.

    hope i helped.

    Tom
