    2. the age old loose some wieght.

    3. ride more trials and bmx

    4. get out more, sick of being at home doing nothing all the time (this mainl due to being unemployed which has recently changed).

    5. see more of friends

  2. What bike do you ride ? Onza T-Bird 2006 model

How long have you been riding ? Few weeks on trials - 4-5 years bmx

Favourite trick ? still learning basics

Best riding spot ? Anthing local

    Sponsors ? none

How often you ride ? not as often as i should but weather is still really crap here

  3. okay i understand why you do the get 5 votes etc etc, and as admin on other forums i see its benifits, but with the PM rules, i have been sent a PM but i cant read it as i dont have access due to not having the 5 votes yet.

So this is kind of a complaint but more of a quiery of why people can send me a PM but i cannot read them? why not just limit the system to i cant send PM's

any help on anyway i could possibly see what has been written?

  4. ah dude dont confuse me haha

    24 front - 18 rear

as for the rest your guess is as good as mine. Its a stock onza t-bird 2007 model if thats any help?

if it was a bmx i could tell you but im learning about the bike as i go along, so to be honest not much of a clue at the minute

  5. hey guys, im currently riding a stock onza t-bird, running 24 - 18 ratio gearing (i think i counted it right haha). To be honest im finding it a bit too light.

Any suggestions on what size gearing to change over to? so it doesnt feel like im getting nowhere when i pedal. I know mod bikes have light gearing but this is too light at the min.

cheers in advance for the advice guys...

  6. first im going to appologise, im not tryin to take over your thread mate i just wanted to ask a quick qestion.

would it be worth upgrading parts on the bike rather than getting a complete new set up, especially as you know your bike and the way it moves/handles...

just wanted opinions really as im learning on the same bike, and i just wanted to know whether (when the time comes for me) i should save enough budget for a new bike or simply upgrade the parts?!?!

  7. looks good mate, you seem to have had a decent finish on it. Personally i like to leave the paint overnight to set fully and then laquer the following, then leaving that overnight to set.

Personally i would have thrown on more than 2 coats of laquer, its going to chip relatively easy with only two coats of laquer. I like to give my frames at least 5 coats of laquer.
