basicaly i want to strip the paint off my frame
ive got lots of nitromors, so i can make a start
problem is though, what do i use to pull it all off?
in the past on my old frame i used about 7 brilo pads, once the paint had bubbled
but i dont have any at home now and i wanna start it now!
is there any thing else i can use or will have to wait till i can be botherd to go to the shop and buy some more brilo pads?
thanks xxxxx
If i was you i would find a local sand blaster and get your frame sand blasted, They would only charge about £20 and it would be a perfect job. I do sandblasting where i work and i'v done loads of frames, they have always come out great i would do it for you but i live on the isle of wight but i hope this info helps

My self, Quigley, and Phil will be coming from the isle of wight tomorrow, should be there about 11.15. Should be a great day

I know you can't post on the for sale section but there is a onza limey 2 for £80 posted. It has not got a short wheel base but its a great bike to ride and they look the nuts
If you know a member they can always inquire for you!
Hope this helps

Nice vid dude, wish i had rocks to ride on in my garden. people need to put more vids on think, i enjoy seeing them.

You have probably got sticky pistons. You just need to lube the piston and they will be fine.
Also your brake pad backings might be worn and could be wobbling on the piston
I would of said sticky pistons as well but why not try some fresh oil and make sure they are bled properly, i have run these brakes for years and normaly just a good service sorts things out.
Hope this helps dude

Hi,
Just signed up to the forum so hi to all the members. About my self, i'm 25, ride a yellow onza limey 2 and come from the Isle of wight, I drive a bmw 328i sport. I'v been riding about 2 years now which means some of you might know me already. Hopefully i will meet more people trough this site.
A bit of a change in the past few days, i now have a 26" ozonys frame. What a good bike to have, it has made such a diffrence to my riding, it goes to show that you need the right bike to suit you

Nice vid dude, why could there not be more places to ride indoors? The wheather screws days up so bad lol
-
Yeah Plymouth is pretty damn good really... Unless you've ridden there pretty much every day for 3 yearslike I have, in which case it gets a wee bit tedious.
Same as, the island is really good but again like you it gets real boring after a long time. lol
-
Heard Plymouth is really good to ride, i'll see what the other from the island think!
Ride Plymouth and tie it in with the end of the 24 Tour.
-
Sounds like a plan, we'll be riding there about july/ august time. We'v got to come from the isle of wight so trips end up being expensive so we will try and turn it into a big ride if we can!
Anyone else up for a ride about that time and making a weekend of it?
Truro, Minions and if you go a lil further Plymouth
Hit me up on msn and we'll arrange a ride if you lot are up for it.

Thats a great help, i'v riden newquey before when i was 16 and thought it was great but thats the only place i'v gone in cornwall.
we like doing rocks and street so it looks like we will try both of them places.
Cheers dude
Watergate Bay just outside Newquay. LOADS of rocks stretching all the way down the coast, mainly big rounded boulders. For more streety natural check out Cligger, just on the hill overlooking Perrenporth, its an old tin mine I think, but theres loads of concrete blocks.
Basically the people you want to speak to on here about spots in Cornwall are Bigman, Rich Pearson and Dan Pearce. They will sort you out.
Hope this helps.
