  1. HI there just brought new pads from my REAR hs33 and my old pads were wore so much you could see the plastic caseing.

So o took my wheel off and replaced the pads Onza citrue yellow pads and then i put my wheel back in again and the wheel didnt even budge the pads were too tight so i moved the pads out a bit and it still didnt works so now my wheel is in place with correct chain tension with the whole brake of both sides :(

could some one give me a step by step guide ??

    quick as possible ?

    thank you mckenzie

  2. i use 661 shin pads with built in knee pads. they are good as they protect you from the pedals hitting you but also if you fall off and hit your knees on the ground :) the only problem with them is there are kind of restrictive and do move around my leg occasionaly.

i use 661 pads and i find that they were slipping down the leg alot, i went on to pinkbike and put a forum toipc up and a person comes back with get 661 padlock knees

i have them now and the shin stay right at home on your leg with the padlocks on

    check it out

    hope this help

    valid me please :D

  3. I will soon be running VP cages with nike air jordan hi tops, just to see how it feels

if that fails, I'll still be on DC skate shoes with VP cages

    proven winner!

    Ahhhh....air jordons...classics ??

and highs are the best to ride in becuase youve got support round the ankle but trials shoes like try-all dont ?

    loveing the set up btw

  4. When your doin the first crank rotation try to keep your weight fairly low so that when you go for the final kick you can explode upwards more, getting your crotch to the stem(not to hard).

This video really helped me a lot, obviously it's ridiculour but his moves are more exaggerated because of the height so helps to see.

Blimey o'riley ... ive never seen anyone, go striaght to back that high its amazing, thanks for that video its helped alot

  5. im having trouble with these aswell but i find that if you learn to back hop higher it helps alot. learnt on a bank, i found a steap banks and then see how high i could hop up it and then fakied back down it so you learn or improve on two things at once and you dont end up getting flats ot denting your rim.

Hmm this is intresting never throught of it....thank you for that mate ill get back too on how it goes :D

  6. Depends really, sometimes it's ridiculously heavy like meshuggah, Black dahlia murder etc.

Sometimes it's a lot more chilled like Porcupine tree, Eric clapton or even a bit of jazz

    Depends on my mood really

Yer I find this too a stressful day at school, Ill go and shred to something like old riseagaint (that the heaveyest i can handle) but on a good day im listen to drum and badss like cockney violins

glad someone else is the same :D

  7. I havnt mastered this yet myself but my friend has and the way he described to do it is as your approaching wrong foot forward most newbies pedal all the way round in one mostion to get up, this is ok for smaller walls but when you want to go bigger you have to pedal half way to lift the front up, pause then pedal kick.

If you pedal all the way round in one motion there is only so much power you can get into the kick as the gears are engaged, the pause lets you re engage with the front already in the air to give you the extra height.

I hope that makes sense lol. Its all about timing though which is the hard bit.

Hi thanks for the reply :D

I find going at the wall with the wrong foot foward then crank it downs as you were smashing someones face under neath it, or on the beat of a song i find this works what about you?
