  1. That video is ace... where you find it?

Erm... can u just go and pay and play sort of thing? or is it just a quarry? or ...

    lol

Whats ability like up there because am fairly new to trials is it worth goin up there yet or not?

Found the video on tartybikes site. Its open for bikes permantly. They are still building new trails for the cross country/mtb riders and hopefully building new trials sections.

There is quite a lot up there for trials riders from beginners to top riders.

I have only been riding about a year and i love riding at Lee quarry.

  2. Lee quary?

Is that organised or literally just deserted quarry?

    where abouts mate?

Lee mill quarry is the full name, i think. Its in Rossendale between Bacup and stacksteads.

Its mainly setup for moutain bike trails, some nice sections. There are loads of rocks and some man made trials bits, such as concrete posts, logs, cable drums Etc.

There have been a few trials comp's up there, tyke trial .

Here is a link to a video

    And another link http://adrenaline-gateway.co.uk/LeeQuarry.aspx

  3. I hasten to add that this was one of a small number of Mail Order Return, Damage in Transit and Demo cycles sold through Ebay, before anybody tries to buy one at that price on Rock'n'Roll Bikes.

Didn't mean to cause you any hassle! I should of stated it was off ebay and was a mail order return. It did have a mark on the back rim. But i will buff that out with the grinder!

  4. what pads have you got? some decent pads, cable and booster (maybe lever too) and a grind would work as well as a Magura and be cheaper.

I've just got a Onza zoot with v brakes. What pads do you recommend to be used with a ground rim?

  5. I use Tensile urban legends on both my mod and stock. They are £99 from tartybikes.

They are very well finished, and strong. And have a steel insert which the pedals scew in, which are way stronger than aluminium.

  6. Hi, My names Andrew. I've been riding trials for about 1 year. I currently ride a neon bow (mod) With Echo urban forks, Trialtech rims and magura rim brakes front and rear. I also have an onza T-rex. I like moutain bikes, fast cars and getting outdoors.
