  1. The bird is good for beginners. A helmet is essential in the sport of trials and its up to you wheather or not you wear shinpads. Sometimes I do sometimes I don't

Thanks all for the help guys. Also is it worth getting it from tarty when i can get it from winstanleys for £350? Also is the maggie hs33 brake a highly recconmended must have upgrade also will a brake booster be needed. Actually could someone write me a list of some things that i would need for my bike when i get it.

Thanks everyone ( p.s I HOPE I GET VALIDATED SOON)

  2. I am thinking of getting a new frame but don't know if to get one with or without bashplate mounts. My bikes at the moment has a bashplate but wanted to know if there is much difference between them.

    Hi Trial1966,

You are best off getting one with bashplate mounts beacuse if you hop up to a large wall or something you could easily catch it wrong and therfore hit you frame onto the wall so it might break it. As for a bash ring same thing again you may smash it onto a foreign object and break it.

  3. you know what will happen? your gonna have to deal with it lol besides the seat could get stuck up there lol :D

That could be a painful trip to a&e.!lol! Any way what bike should i get?

Carnt stretch that far £300 quids all iv'e got.

  4. why the hell do you need a seat?

What happens if you hit a brick and then your arse will smash on the seat instead of a metal frame. Actually good point, why do you need a seat actually!

  5. Hi all,

Just one thing, i'm new to this so go easy on me if i make a mistake. Right you lot what bike should i get? I have £300 pounds to spend + it's got to have a seat and its got to be a 2010 model. I can get a Onza Rip in red for £285 but it hasn't got a seat. If i can not meet my budget specifications i will just get the Onza rip.
