Your macbook is a macbook.
Netbooks are not for fags, they're cheap, rugged computers with silly long battery lives that are fantastic for working on if you're always on the move.
"MacBook" is not a type of computer, it's a model, so it's the same with "netbook" it's some crappy marketing scheme.
Just checked apple - My "MacBook" is a "NoteBook".
I was joking, I suppose they would get similar to use to say an iPad for example.

Confirmed, I'm there with a camera and a bike, but I can actually use a camera quite well, unlike my bike.

i'm really liking the 350z's really suit that hellaflush style thingie which i normally dont like.Why are people complaining about the website look and such, it shows the pictures, job done in my opinion, most car fanatics are not going to concentrate on the website layout and all that jazz.
Also the whole "i love cp" thing is retarded, other than that i like the website

True, although Muel does have a point where notebooks with smaller screens will have to scroll horizontally to view the site properly and this issue will be resolved when I get the time to do so.

Are you shitting me mate? 1024 is like the standard minimum resolution. I'd say a third of the students I know have netbooks. Why not got for a stretchy width template? Should be pretty simple with the content you'll be posting.

No but seriously, when I have some free time i'll get a nicer looking and more compliant website up..

Awesome, that beamer is pretty slick.
The white Golf looks photo-shopped. The wheels look a bit out of place.
I can confirm that the golf on bentleys is real (well - unless they have photoshopped lots of pictures very very well.)

Just one small point, it's too wide. Most sites have a minimum width of 960px, so they fit comfortably on 1024px wide screens, this one is much wider than 1024.
The physical website is horrible Muel.
It's the content that counts really.
And to be honest, I'm not bothered if the site displays on screens that small, I don't really have enough time to build my own template but I may have too if the hits keep increasing like they are at the moment!

Just thought I'd post this here, I basically started this site a few weeks ago and out of the blue it's just easily getting 100+ unique views a day, obviously we are doing something right.
It's completely profit-less at the moment so we post just out of the kindness of our hearts.

EDIT: On topic, I don't have a printer, and so far have no need for one. I'm sure my accountant will have something to say about that at year end though.
Meh, It's just one of those things which pisses me off, like for example. Why do people still want to receive things via fax, there isn't a logical reason, just people being closed minded and not wanting to change their ways, even if their ways are expensive and the less efficient way of doing it. I know we are still going to be printing for a very long time with things like posters and magazines and other such things, though I don't understand why people see a need to have a printer at home anymore.

That's part of the user permissions assigned to moderators of most, if not all forums. I moderate a design/development forum where no post edits are timestamped if the person editing it is a moderator.
I also would not have made the two typos in there.
I understand that but I'm sure trials forum displayed that a moderator had edited it, perhaps that's changed since I last used it. (lots else has)

Erm, I do? Funnily enough, a lot of people still expect you to fax things to them, to keep a database of previous contracts scanning them is required and it being able to print from memory cards is very VERY convenient.
You'd be surprised how few printers work with Macs to be honest, none of the ones at uni do, none of the ones at Sony use to..
People really still use fax? I didn't know you couldn't print a PDF... :|
Just connect your camera to your PC and print straight from your PC.... What the f**k is wrong with that. And then you don't have to use some (for what I imagine would be) shit UI and horrible to use software (unless you are using Windows of course)

Got an HP thing which does fax, photo printing, reads memory cards and does decent quality scanning and of course prints. Nothing but good luck with it really as it works with the PCs and the Apples. Think it cost about £130?
Who the f**k wants a printer which reads memory cards, scans, faxes and runs the bath for you?
It's not 1990, pretty much every printer is universal.

And why the f**k would they want to do that... again..
They did it a few years ago, but then realised that when thy can only offer appletalk service and the percentage of people who can use appletalk e.g. mac users (even smaller back in the day) and be able to afford a printer which costs £1,000,000, obviously because it's Apple, and for it to be gash.
Apple answer will be just buy an iPad and show everything you want to show on that.
And yeah, printing is shit. I don't understand why people still do it anyway. It's like fax. WTF and business' still sticking with Windows XP because Windows 7 isn't secure... LOL!

You can print from an iPad if you have the right printer but I also have two other machines at home that I could print from if I needed to.

Hey guys, I've just brought some race bike bartape, it feels really confortable and my current grips keep sliding down the rise of my bars
I just thought I was some sort of genius and was going to take over the world with my new theory, but then though that their is no way that nobody hasn't done it before.
So is their anybody else out their that does this? or has done it and failed.

I keep seeing pics of peoples wheels with the sidewall drilled and wondered if it's worth doing. How much weight would you save on both a mod and a stock as both my bikes are pretty lardy and I'm looking at ways of shaving some grams off. Especially on my stock as I'm gonna get a tryall sticky rear tyre which is bloody heavy!
Also, if it is worth doing the has anyone got any tips when doing it??
Give it a few good rim grinds.
It can remove more metal, making the rim lighter
and not necessarily make it lots weaker, rather than having a hole through a rim that you land on a rather lot isn't exactly the best of ideas.
If you want to go proper mental, grind it and drill it

I'm really not protecting my design 'mistake' which is quite clearly a template. My mind is focused on web design all week, thanks for the feedback Muel, I will address the issue when I have free time but I would much appreciate actually speaking about the cars.
If you have everything zoomed to 90% don't you think that your screen is too small?
