By the way, for the people that thinks he is saying this because he cant do 'Danny Mac' stuff, Dave can manual and 180 and sh*t with the best of them and that's on a long and low 'real' trials bike not a 24 incher, would love to see what he can do on an inspired or sommit.
I have found that you can point out any line and he will nail it and throw in some spinny shit and manuals if he's in the mood.
To the people that got a bit shitty he also helps alot of younger riders (and myself) to learn stuff and promotes the sport very well indeed.
I know of at least 15 kids that he has enthused enough for them to take up trials and that is in Carmarthen alone.
He is very dedicated to trials, has massive skills and is one of the most determined people I know in any sport he gets into and IMO a very underrated rider.

Dave you narrow minded douche are you genuinely trying to say that Ali is not an athlete? Hes one of the few riders who manages to compete, win, and have fun at the same time. He takes his riding just as seriously as everybody else. and over the years has become one of the uks best riders.

Hiya,this is a poll in response to the thread about riding in forestry commisions.... I think it would be ineresting to see how much interest there would be and if there is enough I can show it to the local council and then maybe they might be interested in doing something about it. Brechfa Forest is 15 miles from Carmarthen in West Wales (not far from West Wales Bike Trials as it happens..) and already has four excellent mtb trails catering for the downhill/freeriders right down to family friendly routes and I think a bike trials area might be a good thing as well.It would add a little variety to the riding in wales which is mainly coastal or mountains which both offer great riding but are all on rocks or concrete (ouch). Also Brechfa is a busy place at the weekend and would be a good opportunity for people to see bike trials in a more natural environment (most of the public probably gets to see bike trials in the street where we're considered as getting in the way and/or being antisocial) .Please do the poll no matter where you live because if things like this happen then maybe it can be done in your area.We all know of places that would amazing to ride if someone decided to do something about it and got permission.
