a simple question but has been annoying me........ whats the main differance between the mounts being at the front or rear of the forks.... does it help with braking or what?

how does it ride on the back wheel mate, i see that the handle bars are quite forward, is it good for big gaps.
-
-
its very smooth it has a hope pro 2 hub at rear and chris king front hub, im having a bit of a problem with the handlebars just now cant seem to figure out what way to have the rise. i like big gaps so im after setting up the geo so it feels nice on the back wheel.
