I'm from hamilton mate, what's the outlook on the ns suburban bikes? Again I know they're not trials specific but I want something I can ride in several ways

After lots of searching I notice that most come with a 21.5" tt just wondering if this would be too big for me on a 24?

Alright all, I'm new to the trials scene but always been interested in it and now I can't afford the extortionate prices of running a car I'm looking to get myself a 24" trials/street bike such as the inspired bikes, these are way out of my price range though so help would be appreciated. I am looking for something I can use for recreational use as well as to get me around, I have been looking into the dmr drone, kona shonky and 24seven bikes (with solid forks ofc) all second hand, now I know these are not trials specific bikes but its a start and something I can also use for street/park riding. My only problem is I'm 5'4" and don't want to be jumping onto a bike with a too large tt and end up regretting it. Cheers guys.
