  1. Alright mate, definately sounds like a pulled muscle. Theres so many ways you could of done it that it'd be hard to tell you! But your best bet is just to rest and take it easy for now, which means no trials or excessive sport, that sorta thing. Give it a week or so and if it doesnt calm down get it checked by the doc.

    I do medical cover at events, so i kinda know what im talking about ;)

  2. The tunes i listen too are also the tunes i listen to in the gym, i find that they help both.

    Quite a random load of tunes though, just shove it on shuffle and see what appears haha.

    Example bands are; Amon Amarth, Dropkick Murphys, Limp Bizkit, Skindred, Girl Talk (Google em, they make great mashups - honest!).
