Appreciate that this is not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm considering doing a MTB instructor course and wondered if anyone has done or heard of one that was good? I would ideally like to be able to take adults and kids over any type of terrain at any height in the UK and maybe Europe. Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers, Chris

Does anyone know any good cycling routes around Thetford Forest in Norfolk? I'm heading there next weekend with a group of friends. Our abilities and fitness vary, but we will all have road and mtb's so any advice on good road routes (ideally away from the traffic) or tracks would be most appreciated.
