  2. Connecting Pc To Your Tv

    hey,

    i'm trying to get my pc to work dual screen on my tv so i can watch my movies and stuff on a bigger screen.

    it's a non high def tv

    running windows xp with a nvidia 7600gt graphics card with 7 pin s video

    i've got a 7pin s video input into the back of the card which has a 4 pin male end that i have connected into a 4pin svideo to scart cable. which connects to the back of the tv.

    i run the n vidia setup wizard and it works fine but i get no output on my tv.

    if anyone knows how to solve this or has a pc connected to a normal tv please let me know how you've done it.

    i find the best way myself is to have a bath and sit in it for at least 10 mins for the hair to soften then just shave away while sitting down.

    and the annoyance factor will be totally gone by the third time you do it and then you will just have nice clean shaven balls with no fuss :)

    i've been out of riding for just over a year and rode for a year before that but it looks like i'll be getting riding again next week.

    i work in pompy during the week and i want to know where is a good place to ride in the evenings and who to meet up with etc.

    so if you ride alot and don't mind meeting someone new let me know and maybee i can come out riding with you next week.

    That was balancing just before wheel swapping on a wet bench, and the front end slid off sideways :)

    Are you still in Wales now?

    been back and forth 3 times since i text u about my frame but im going away on monday now to start training after that i will have cash to buy a new frame :)

    EDIT:  Same goes for the downtube with me.  I've scuffed mine on sketchy rocks riding natural and shit, but I can't ever really remember hitting it backwheeling something?  Definitely not hard enough to dent the tits out of it.

    ha ha! i remember when u dented your frame for the first time trying to backwheel the bench :)

    Sikamon's Profile seems to skip just as much as my Eno does (very, very infrequently), yet his Profile (when coupled with the wheelbuild, new 18t front sprocket, etc.) cost 3x the amount my Eno did.  Same engagements too, as he's running 18:12.

    totally agree but what i will say is i would still rather have the profile as it cool and gold and it dont rip the shit out of my trousers (Y)

    if u can afford it get a profile, if not get an eno

    i totally disagree i didnt enjoy school.

    i havent been to school for a few years now, i forget lol im still in touch with EVERYONE that i want to be in touch with.

    but now i have a great job that is super easy and im about to change it for a super hard 4 year foundation degree (whitout having to do my a levels) and i have allready done so much with my life in the few years i have been out of school.

    i guess i'll have to look for a BIIIIG london ride after 20th June when my exams finishes.... :S

    o yeah guess who gonna be there, thats right i will be, sorted it just now.

    ill be coming down thursday 26th and down for a while like untill i get bored lol.

    ill phone u in a few days to confirm it all sam m8 but yeah ill be on this london ride.

    gonna be cool to be down again, make all the thanet girls wet n what not (Y)

    single speed is fine and its fuk all slower if your fit,

    i was racing a rodie on my mod in london, ok if he went flat out he would win but he wasn't and i am fit enough to go flat out for a while so i had no probs keeping up.

    basically go SS then get fitter riding to your spots in just the same amount of time, or go SS and get a car (Y)

    okay so p2p sharing is obviously illegal but what about the websites that you join and pay something like £2 a month and you can download all the music you want? are they legal? surely the cost for hosting the music would be far greater than the income from peoples memberships?

    I might join one that i found for £12 a year and than if anyone tries to sue me i can say i purchased it as a product from a company therefore I am not breaking the law!

    please set me straight if i'm wrong. I'm getting braodband soon just to download music so i'll forget it if i'm still not allowed. nah i might still get it to download peoples riding vids.

    totally depends on the site, itunes napster and a few others are completly legal but cost alot more than £12 a year for all you can eat music

    the place i stand on this is exactly the same as parking and not buying a ticket, i have done it soo many times that i have saved more money not buying a ticket each time i park, that when i do get a £45 fine its a bit of payback to the company but im still gettign a good deal.

    same with music and movies n stuff, i have had well over £2000 worth of CDs and early release dvds that if i get fined £2000 im still a winner. dont get me wrong it would suck to get fined £2000 but if i does happen i got loads for that £2000 if u get me.
