Hello.. new here. I am just ordering a custom street-trialsy frame from Marino and I am considering additional heat treating of the frame. Since I dont know much about frame materials and techs, I ve questions: What are advantages of this process? Is this really needed with CrMo frames? Are your Marino frames heatreated? I have heard that heat treating strengthen tubes but weakens joints. Is it true? Cheers
