Just a quick attempt:
Hah! Well played!

Im thinking of painting my brake calipers, is anyone on here good with photoshop to see what it would look like?
Im thinking black or maybe some shade of grey...
The car itself is black with silver / grey-ish rims.

I think I need some new grips..
Cant seem to find these anywhere though!
Does anyone know of grips with the same material as the old try all ones?
I bought some inspired lock on but they are useless without gloves, the worn ones have miles better grip!
How do foam grips hold up when your hands get sweaty?

Wont be long till I have the balls to try this..

Tried a deadlift pr last week, got 210 and missed 215 3 times.
Monday: warm up deadlifts feel like crap, work up to 200 and it feels light, 212 goes up easy, 215 wasnt a problem, 220 felt good and 225 went up no problem!
Amazing what asking your friend to record you lifting can do...

Was going to try a new pr in the front squat today, but blacked out for a sec at the bottom with only 135, which got me pretty depressed.
Then went on to try to bench for the first time in 4 years, managed to do a double with 80 and a single with 90 which I was quite amazed by!
So all in all a pretty succesfull day!

I met yoda at the gym today!
He was there one day last week too, but he only gave me pointers on my deads (ended up spending 5 hours at the gym that day...)
Today he helped me with the front squats and I managed to get 2 new pr's, then we moved on to dips where he told me to try some weighted, which I had never done, and it turned out to be pretty easy! And it was great for my poor old spine!
Cant wait for the next time I get to work with him!

I recently switched from the 661 dirt lid to the fox flux and I couldnt be happier with it!
It doesnt feel heavy, fits me perfectly and you could wear it for days without it feeling hot or uncomfortable and its 21% off at tartybikes!

Following on from prom related stuff in the Happy Thread, the only bit that's got me down is the fact that I am the least inclined person to drink out of everyone I know. Even a whiff of alcohol makes me gag, let alone the taste. I hate the feel of it in my mouth, like the fizzyness, hence why I don't even drink fizzy drinks. I keep getting people joking-not-joking about spiking my drinks and stuff and they just don't accept that I'm no 'thug' like themselves, nor am I 'about that life'. They also purposely rant about their drunken adventures in front of me when they know I'm not keen on hearing it. Why can't people just not?
By this I'm not saying that I wish I drank, just that why can't people just accept it rather than going all Jehovah's Witness style on me and try and convert me?
I get this a lot too!
Just practice ignoring all the rants and "reasons" to drink and you'll be fine!

Just found out the first girl I been actually interested in for the first time in 7 years has a boyfriend... FML
Also fell off the bike yesterday and sprained the damn thumb so I cant even ride the above fact away:(
Times like these I almost wish I drank alcohol...

Decided to experiment a bit on my way home from a ride just now: https://youtu.be/vz9khs6QcD0?t=24s
I dont even know why they bother putting the other 4 gears in there..

When I was out riding today I managed to snap the axle for my right pedal and after taking the cap off the end I see a 10 mm nut.
My 10 mm sockets are too wide to fit in the stupid hole..
Anyone got any ideas how to get the axle out of there?
Thanks!
Edit:
It seems to be a 9 mm, which I have one that will fit.
New problem: axle snaped completely and turning the nut just turns axle thats still insidle the pedal...

18s look good on E46s as long as they are lowered a bit, look at the front arch gap! Tyre wise, depends if you want a long lasting motorway mile muncher or a grippy tyre for spirited road driving? Give us an idea of your driving style
Not ordered a slimline fan yet as I realised I had a twin fan setup from my/Georges old Toledo, I think it'll tuck in there nicely
Its an xi so its taller than the standard and I have no plans on lowering it as I use it in the winter too.
About the tyre I just want something that will let me corner at decent speeds but I wont have to change it every year. Anyone have experience with P zero rosso's?
I currently have noname all seasons and I havent had any problems so far, I just want new rims to change the look and summer tyres to try to get rid of some of the road noise.

I been trying to find this stupid leak in my car for ages now and it looks like the dash will have to come out...
Also. Do you guys think 18" rims would look silly on this? It currently sits on the 17"s it came with. And whats a good tyre for road use with no track stuff at all?

Some photographer came up to me when I was riding asking to take some pics and an interview, I think the pics turned out quite good with all the colors and stuff

You loop them on your wrist then wrap them around the bar so you don't have to rely as much on your grip
Real men use a hook grip

Ahh who doesnt appreciate the old stem-to-the-knee trick...
I sure am looking forward to walking tomorow!

I ride a lot down by the port here so I always have a rope with a loop in my bag, for when I drop my bike in the water or when I fail at something easy..
