  1. I had no issues riding around in London, there are bike lanes in certain areas but you can get away with riding on the roads or the footpaths. Traffic is always congested and slow, for the most part. You can take bikes on trains during certain times of day but only when the train is above ground. Check TFL, they have a journey planner for people who wish to take bikes.

Plenty of spots to ride too, there is a group on facebook if you are looking for people to ride with.

Lastly Finsbury Park is awesome, definetely worth checking out.

  2. Hey guys,

Purchased a new bike with a brand new White industries Eno freewheel, I understand they require a run in period outside of trials specific riding.

I have checked the White Ind. website and they don't provide any info, neither does Tarty.

Any recommendations for an acceptable run in time?

Putting my bet on Ali C - what better way to cover it up than make one of yourself...

After watching Ali's latest vlog, I have my suspicions too.

  4. Would love to see you session one bank/Rock/curb/ledge to see how many different lines and combinations that you can do. I find it very helpful to learn how others interpret different obstacles and navigate their way through it. Very enjoyable, I look forward to the next

  5. Yoga  and stretches will certainly make a noticeable difference.

I have started doing little bits of yoga as suggested by my physio to help with lower back pain and stiffness, it has really helped with my back pain and, more importantly, has helped with my riding.

I think a combination of some yoga like exercises mixed with of the more resistance training stuff will help to maintain your fitness.

  6. I think what makes Chris Akrigg's videos so much better is that's the whole video is one big section, almost as if your following him the whole trail. This guys stuff is all disjointed and random, mixed with all those scenic shots, although very beautiful, detracts from the riding.

There was some awesome moments in there though.
