No dan i think you misunderstand me pal. Timing and pushing it further was all my doing. It was my festival and i built the loop. Max F was a star and his story will come out in the end. I was on 4 hours sleep a night planning all this so once i had my man i did not need to put up with people more bothered about grammar than riding loops or being pleasant forum members. Dan i was in depth planning a festival and camping for 10000 people besides building this, i was a little bit short of time and fed up of wasting my time trying to convince people i was not talking crap so once i had my man that was it.

Is it a fox , you are very observant to find the loop on eBay . It's only on eBay for another day until I can adjust a few things on the listing. After all the bullshit that everyone thought I was spouting ( thanks for sticking up for me tom ) I flew Max F in from Germany but due to some time constraints and shit weather he managed to do the loop But not at the festival. Every farmer has a array of boulders and big trees ! They use them to stop the poachers driving the fields so that's sorted . Dngr I've not got hold of Arron yet but will do in the next couple of days .

Dan i promise the grass will be shaved ! But i'm thinking a little bit bigger ! Great big rocks and skips seam to make a great course ? But i've just ordered the plywood to make this !

Right dan The beer festival is going to be great and not a load of old codgers . I can make a fantastic riding area . I need a little bit of help with logistics though dan . Ie what do the riders like to ride ? . Where do I publicise it ? And I need some photos to publicise it on the website ! Get some hype and tv coverage .

So dngr2self thats a very good point. Your spellings not great but you grammar is impeccable? My grammar is not the best but my joinery skills are second to none. So because your spelling is not great i don't trust you to ride my ramp either? It's fact of life that slight in adequacies in some people are usually made up for in other ways. So seen as your grammar is perfect (and you've a 1st prize for most engaging contributor to a forum under your belt ) you must be a excellent rider? Put your money where your mouth is and venture outside of the city of culture and come and have a go on the loop?

5th 6th of July , at a place called Langsett www.langsetthub.com . It's just north of Sheffield. If I could I'd do a trails show sat and sun with the loop just after the Tour de France has come pasting the Sunday .

Is there a forum in the world that doesn't have "grammar toxophilite" to try and shoot the author of a rushed reply down, I think it's to do with the size of their testis. I've been constructing ramps and other wooden structures for 30 years and like a prize winning cow! Best in my field so to doubt my construction abilities because of a little bad grammmar in that rushed reply you are an ( can you see I used an instead of A?) ass. Plenty of off site practice . Mats too I've done the calcs believe it or not 11 mph is fast enough but at that you be pulling off the top we'd hit it at 17 mph . I've plenty of tractor tires and timber to make a proper event . I think with my full dianize armour on I'm hit it . Fith gear did one in a car double hieght double hieght does not mean double speed it means 4x . Just imagine how high a bmx er gets on a half pipe or quarter pipe . This is 16 ft high and some ramps at 16 ft before they get any air .

I'm running a event for the tour de france and thinking of making this has anyone done this ? are there any plans on the net to anyones knowledge, how difficult to master do you reckon ?
