What are you talking about? I'm riding with setup on first picture of this thread with shimano 105 rear mech. No freakin' problem at all. Adjustment is perfect, tension with both cogs too. Whole month I have no problem with this setup.

Ross, get lost. Instead of solution I've found there are a bunch of "homemade/DIY" variants. So I'll buy console and will ride it with 22-16/12. And you can sit and envy, coming up with this fancy conspiracy theories.. By the way, someone never heard of freedom of Speech, tolerance and many other nice thingsm thinking that he can determine for the whole TF who can or who can't be a member of community.
