    ben. (using sombody elses account)

  7. my local bike shop helicoild all my mounts for about £7 uv just got to find the right place hoilcoils dont make the treads much stronger though as the steel is still only screwed into aluminum and is only like 0.2 mm bigger so not that much more strength what a few people have done that iv heard of (not seen it though) fill the mont with weld the tap it out to m5 again i would have though that would be a fair bit weaker but i dont see why it wouldnt work as long as the weldings up to scratch. but then must people that can weld aluminium have a helicoil set is spose any way hope you get the bike going again soon i hated it when i striped my treads

  8. hey iv had enough of snapping chain tools and bending the pin on them any ideas on what chain tool to get has to fit bmx width chains though (1/8") and not be stupidly expensive thanks for any help.

  9. I'll be getting one as soon as they are out, im fed up with my king. They slip, they are made of cheese and im constantly worried incase it decides it wants to knock all my teeth out on a gap.

I used to think that my king was awesome, but it was only because i spent so much on it, in all fairness they are shite. Many people seem clouded by the fact they cost a fortune meaning they must be good, and once you have brought one you wont admit they are crap because of how much you have spent. Hope are 100times better, better service, no slippage, and it doesnt say king on it.

At the end of the day king may have some kind of superior-ness about it but who wants a crap hub by a superior name over a good cheaper hub by a less superior company.

Buy english, buy hope and keep your teeth in your mouth.

    Andy

I'd listen to this man ^^^^^

I've seen people smacking there faces countless times because of kings, my brother nearly lost 6 of his front teeth because of a hub skipping, he has now cut off all the nerves to his front teeth, with him having to have two operations to put then back into his mouth! Was not a pretty sight.

If the new hope is as gd as everyone is saying it is, i wouldd definately choose it over a highly over-rated chris king.

    Cheers,

    Josh.

  10. hi,

i have some questions about the revell 20" frame,

    1: does it ride well?

2: how much does it cost?

3: where can i get it from?

    4: what does it weigh?

    5: what is the wheelbase?

if you could help me with them that would be great.

    cheers,

    rob
