  1. Sounds good Joe! I'll put the date in my diary, I'm just up the road in Lancaster so if you need a hand with building a few things I can give up an evening or whatever!

The grass wasn't too much of a problem really, but I'm not going to complain if it's shorter! Might be worth putting some bigger objects in the middle of everything instead of at the back edge. But the set up last time catered well for all the riders I thought.

    See you all there.

  2. Where in the Lakes is good to ride? On the slate around Coniston? Any ideas. I'm thinking about making a trip up from Bristol. Cheers.

2007 thread! nice search :) I used to live in Kendal, and for natural have a search on google maps for "Trow Barrow Quarry" and "Farleton Knott" for street Kendal itself isn't too bad. Or if you fancy travelling a bit from the lakes Morecambe has a bit of natural and street. Also Heysham sea front is good for natural.. But take a friend to that one, you might get washed away!

Other than that the Lakes has a lot of limestone, which is uber slippery when wet! So I didn't venture too far. Hope that helps a bit!

    Tom.
