I got my 89 rose for £500 too.
It was running fine... brakes need work now and few other things.
I got 2 1000 amp subs wi it that i just sold for £80 so about £420 then needs a wee bit of money though.
Minted though :)
Why an amp an sub in a mini...put 6x 9's on parcel shelf and the boot acts as a bass box(no rattles and if u get good speakers..no distortion(sub=dog poo in mini's)

i have a mini mayfair metalic black with 12x6 revolutions black/chrome wheels tinted windows and grey union jack roof..just put uprated gas shocks,disc on front and stage one kit with a bigger carb on the begger,wide arch kit,buckets and other stuff..shame its only 1 litre lol

Mmm, Minis, I'm planning to get a 998cc mini mayfare for my first car, then just restore it. trying to convince my parents to buy me a heritage body shell so I can just buy a second hand cooper engine, but I don't think I can afford the insurance. ;)

err can u just drop in buckets easiley and if yes can u still use the rear seats or will they hit the roof when tiped forward?!!?!? i could just save 4 the reclining buckets but im short on cash!

err to be honest iv never even seen john's bike i dont really ride trials! nah the seat is fine its comphy and in a good postioin for tricks. im askin the colour not seat position..thanks for the advice.

lol did 3 coats of brown(rover maple) and 1 under coat and 2 laquer in 1 1/2 hours includin stripin it and buldin it bak up lol.out ridin within 3 hours again!! tis allll g0o0d

well me(bmx and two more) and 3-4 trials riders gunna be there 25th-30th june...probably too drunk to ride but come for a laff,cum for drink to if you like
