  1. Well i know theres a few car audio wizards on the forum so i thought I'd get some advice before parting with the hard earned. Have been looking through some peugeot forums, but they don't seem to be getting back to me very quickly.

Currently got a standard stereo in my 206, and put in a pioneer head unit, trouble is, because the new head unit is more powerful, and because the peugeot speakers are crap, the sound quality isnt as good as it used to be.

I'm looking to first upgrade the door speakers, and then possibly put a 10" sub in the boot at a later stage if I fancy it.

Have I Heard right that the best bet would be a set of component speakers, with the tweeter separate? Or if i bought some 'all in one' speakers would they sound OK? I'm not an audio specialist, but I want it to sound nice at higher volumes as well as be able to listen to it at lower volumes without over powering bass.

I've looked at these three, will there be much difference betwenn the three for the differences in prices?

Also, would I need to amp them? As I'm trying not to if possible because of the extra wiring that would be needed that I could quite easily mess up and haven't really got the time or patience to do it.

On the other hand, would these sound ok with or without an amp?

    Cheers for the help

EDIT: The door speakers have to be 16.5 or 17cm ones, and I don't really want to break the bank.

  2. Anyone know any good websites?

Have tried google but wanted some peoples past experiences as i know a lot of people on here know their stuff.

    Looking for:

    CD

    FM Radio

    Possible ipod connection

    Bluetooth

    High enough power

Possibility to add more components at a later date to make smallish install

    Cheers

  3. Well when I get mine, I'm gonna whack in my 2gb card that I use in my k750i and use that in it... If you want 2gb then i suggest ebay because I did and got mine for £35 including postage :D. I'll find you a link if you want?

You might struggle there, as the k800i uses a diferent memory card than the k750i i think. The k800i uses a new type of sony memory card, called the M2 or something like that

  4. Am trying to value my bike to sell it, what do you think it will be worth?

    Frame: Adamant A2

    Forks: Onza

Rear Wheel: Hope XC on Koxx Try-All

Front wheel: Mavic D521, Shimano Deore hub, works perfectly though

Brakes: 04 HS33's with heatsink Konigs

Tyres: Maxxis Highroller i think and Tioga on front

    Bar and Stem: Monty

    Cranks: Truvativ

All in great condition, and not ridden hard, frame is less than a year old i think.

  5. I do business at GCSE, I don't find it that difficult, and yeh the coursework is easy enough i found.

We have a really good teahcer though that has a laugh aswell as teaching, so that makes it alot easier to do. Go for it as it is a subject that you're likely to come across in your future

  6. The trees are burnt to provide enegy, which adds to it.

Trees take in carbon dioxide, and release ooxygen

The trees that are flattened are often eplaced by industry or cities, which all add to pollution and the greenhouse effect

Thats all I can think of atm, not heard of oral exams in geography!
