Nah then peeps, I loved trials but i started to hang round with the wrong people, but now i have got shut of that and got back 2 summat i like doin, and i wanna get better than i was before. I cant wait :sleeping:

What sort of tyre-tap do you mean? D'you mean like an abubaca where you go straight up and come back down fakie and roll out, or more like a fufanu where you'll go at an angle?
Don't really mind doing abubacas. Prefer doing them up steps for some reason (like roll along the floor at bottom of steps, then boost up to X step height, plant the back wheel, launch off backwards). Got a fufanu on this weird bank->tree root thing, but I need to practise them loads more.
Do "tyre taps" in a BMXing sense sometimes though, but I just do abubacas mostly...
Im not sure what you mean when you say abubaca or fafanu if its bmx slang, then I dont know. The one im on about is where you ride up to a wall, wack your front tyre on the top of the wall, or railing if your CLS (Y) and use your momentum to send you up to the back wheel.

Hi peeps,
Im just making a new thread asking about tyre tapping on mods, Is tyre tapping more for a stock than a mod, because ive recently been watching a few vids and noticed that no one really does them on a mod, and when I try and do them I can only do 30" tap at record. does anyone know of any vids or anyone who has done a fairly high tyretap on a mod. charzzz

I can now manage a 38" from back wheel and 32 from both wheels, I can do 40" to pedals, but that isnt classed as a sidehop is it?? can someone tell me if you can class your sidehop to pedal as your highest. charzzzzz

You want to spend that money on either Maxxis creepy crawler tyres, Echo wheel set a better frame than the t-bird, trust me mate, ive had one (Y) get a T-pro or something, alto more rigid and has the same dimensions as a levelboss :S well nearly all the same.

If your going to go for brake pads its either got to be between heatsinks and koxx-bloxx both have a soft compound so they grip abit more, and these ones dont really wear down that quick.

Yep mint photos Bucky, Well done Waynio, great result that day, wish I could have ridden but my bike is nakerd. Waynio, I need to come and see you at the shop, because that echo wheel is rodgerd all ready all the spokes have come loose, and I dont think they should for £90. And I also other bits and pices like the bash need sorting and stuff. Maybe in this weekend.

Wow 49" looks huge, but to say that Benito ross can sidehop 60" :P now thats just takes the jam out of my donut.

Yep I got done by 4 asain lads abit ago, Bastards! took my phone, but they didnt realise that I would just get it blocked, and that I knew what they looked like, and thier car reg. lol Pitty Id forgot it by the time I got home to tell my mum.
But any ways I got the same phone back through insurance so tis all good now :P I hope (Y)

I have the old ones on my t-pro, I would probably still go with the new ones though, I think there the same price, so just buy the up to date forks. >_<

For 300 quid you could get a Onza t-bird which is a mod, They now come with hs33's instead of hs11. This was my starter bike, but I now have a t-pro. If you can try and find a t-pro second hand, they are the s**t :-

My ENO keeps slipping, or missing an engagement, but I still have confidence that it wont break, for some strange reason. And it came loose a bout a week ago but since then it has been fine. Has other people had these kind of problems?

WOW! Them sidehops were amazing to watch, I got at least halfway through the video and then I clicked a button and another video came on and wiped the TRA video off! DOH! (Y)
