So I finally put together my clips from last year and made a vid. My first HD video, although I'm not using a "proper" hd camera. Editing is reaaally simple and the filming was mostly done by my faithful tripod. Comments are most welcome!
-
Fresh as in I just finished the vid. Contains footage of me riding my coust v2 this summer. I didn't film that much this year mainly because I enjoyed riding my new bike so much
Anyways here's the link, comments are more than welcome:

Watched for a minute and then got tired of the lack of helmet usage. Good effort though and he should definitely keep riding.
-
Very impressive riding and nice edit!
Definately a lot better than his earlier vids in my opinion, mostly because he's gotten rid of the habit of looking at the camera after making a nice move.
-
Some really smooth riding in there! Nicely done. I liked the camera work and editing aswell
-
Doing really big hook-ups = impressive. Doing really big hook-ups with one pedal rotation = ridiculous.
Silly riding indeed

Vids like these just make me sad, there are ex-riders out there who've gotten serious brain damage by doing something simple, falling down and hitting their heads...
and then there are people like these who think that their chain can't snap because they're only drop-gapping to a wooden pallet, no danger there...
-
No words can describe the feeling of jealousy I have for those riding spots
The videos were great though and definitely some elite riding there

Rail stuff was pretty crazy!
But riding in the snow isn't all that amazing... because if the temperature is +0 C, then the snow is just very wet and not that slippery, but when it's below 0 C then you can call it slippery
If you live somewhere with lots of snow in the winter, then you ride where and when you can, just like he's doing.

Thanks a lot for the comments! I'm suprised by such positive feedback, I'll definitely make another vid next spring.
Tip: deinterlace your videos.Got the same advice from another person, tried it and found that it works so I'll deinterlace the next video, thanks.

Thanks for the comments! Keep 'em coming

Hi, so this is my video of season 08. I tried to keep the editing simple and make a relaxed feeling on the video. Hope you enjoy it! My last video got maybe about two comments so this time I would greatly appreciate some more!
Here's the link:
I actually have a new Koxx coustellier V2 on the way from Tartybikes, should be getting it next week, I'm pretty excited

1.39 m sidehop and he makes it look easy Who the hell is this guy?
-
If you're talking about echo supa trial tires... well then I guess they're ok for dry street riding. If it gets wet though... you might aswell have tires made of ice
-
Nice vid, quality riding from the pros.
kool but coust bros r shit at taps they need to learn from the master!I do hope for the love of god you are being sarcastic.
-
Excellent vids! In the comp vid the guy with the silver stock was clearly yawning through the competition... he was propably thinking: "ok they put a lot of effort into making this warm-up area but where are the comp sections?!"
-
"Hey I'll post bad stuff about one of the greatest trialriders of our time without actually knowing shit about the facts"
Bravo Mr. Oakley
-
Loved the trailer, it certainly teased me. I'll be bying the DVD, even though the post costs will propably be more than the actual price of the dvd
It's a shame that so many can't appreciate the fine editing and nice camera angles used in mr. Tonkery's videos.

Kenny's smoothness > everything else
Vincey pie was world champ last year.
Umm and what championship would that be then? 'cause it sure wasn't UCI
-
Hehe I understand that vids from your own country (of course) get more replies, but still it's funny how a vid like this, with a 16 year old (watch out pros) dude with mad skills and ubersmoothness gets so little replies.
Anyway about the vid, loved it, I would really like to see an outdoor vid of him with more riding locations

And the ultimate argument: TRA also uses this ratio

Riding on the bridge, you crazy bastards!
the sidehop from the thin beam to the wall was so good
Word, that line was so cool. You guys got some serious balance skills. Keep 'em coming
Pheno's Season Of 2011 (Pt 1 & 2)

This is my sixth annual riding video. I've filmed a lot more than in the past, so I had to divide it into two parts. Regarding the riding, filming and the music I can honestly say these are my best videos so far. I could not be more happy with the VTT2 and the dual discs. So I hope you enjoy and comments are most welcome!
