I did 28 13 hour days in a row this summer at Wimbledon tennis, very demanding but once your in the routine its not too bad, youve just got to fight the instinct to go and get drunk as soon as your first pay check comes in...

I'd stick with LG or Samsung with TVs because they're the only brand which remote and guide interface doesn't drive me mad. There's a store on eBay doing brand new lg 32" TVs for £189.99, I bought one a few months and it's been absolutely perfect

My bike got stolen last night and cycling to and from east london for the olympics so need a new bike ASAP. Got a grand to spend and want something basically top of the range - so i appreciate this puts a full on geared road bike out of the equation. What fixie/ singlespeed companies are there to look at? ive seen the charges but are there anymore? thanks

Im not getting involved in the steroid debate but if you're still looking for protein have a look at CNP Pro-Reptide, by far the best ive used (taste and gains) although it is a lot more expensive than your standard myprotein/maximuscle stuff (which i would avoid purely because of the shits/dodgy farts it gave me )

Been out of trials for a long long time now, but after living in Bristol for a year I've decided I need to get started again. Still got most of my bike just need brakes and a replacement frame for my ko-bike (haha). What's good these days?? The echo team on tartybikes looks almost the same as the one I had in 2004!! And then what about all these new stupidly named frames like because,neon and born?? I've never heard of any of these companies. So what's good? Looking for something relatively long and strong. Gonna jump straight in at the top end as well don't wanna have to upgrade for a long time.
So basically are all these new company's worth a look or shall I stay safe and reliable?

If i move the jaw the shaft spins as it should but the handle does crazy things, it spins but not on the same axis as the shaft so doesnt stay connected to it...
Ok, Ive just sorted out the handle problem, if i move the jaw in and out everything spins correctly, its just the animation now.

Thats a bit of coursework ive had to do for my engineering design module, basically one of the tasks im struggling with is the animation of the jaws opening and shutting. The shaft is mated to the base of the vice as a screw so when it turns clockwise it should move forward, but when i attach the motor in motion study nothing happens.
any ideas?

I went to thailand 2 months after having a major (6 hour reconstruction) on my elbow. I called loads of different insurance companies and told them EXACTLY what happened (make sure you dont miss anything out or it will definately come back to sting you) a lot of them would point blank not insure me but a few would. I ended up going with virgin and for the silver package with no excess it was £80 a month. I ended up running up a hospital bill of £30,000 due to a moped incident, and they covered everything, air ambulance from a remote island to the mainland hospital, 11 days in hospital + everything else. BEST 80 pounds ive ever spent without a doubt.
Just call a few up, have all the details to hand and sort it out. you will end up paying through the ear but its more than worth it

Not trying to start an argument here, but i wouldn't say drum and bass was any more or less mainstream than techno/electro.. Ok so chase and status dj fresh and nero etc have all hit big time making them slightly less appealing. But drum and bass as a genre has only became commercial due to posh kids and dubstep! And i would say mike has created a fast pace liquid dnb song, and liquid is defiantly not mainstream.
liquid is definately the most mainstream genre of drum and bass. netsky and hospitality is proof of that

yeh you're right a lot of headphones dont fit properly into Iphones, you can still use them but they wobble/fall out a lot.
