  1. Pretty much... I have a Sony vaio, 3/4 years old. It worked fine before I went on holiday (apart from the battery not charging up very well at all), I shut it down and pulled the charger out. Its pretty much always on standby but on charge. Now I've come back, plugged it in, it goes to boot up then terns off. The first time I terned it on I got on the Internet then it shut down, now it will hardly boot up before it dies and the more I try the shorter it lives for, until I leave it to charge, then stays in for 1 min. I left the battery in the laptop for 4ish months when I was gone

Could this be the battery being shagged so it can't power it, or am I in the shit?

    :S

  2. Ive been pulled over doing some pretty stupid things, wont go into too much detail though...

Alot of it depends on where you live and what your driving. When I first got the 205 I got pulled doing about 70 in a 30 limit, without a front number plate and tax disc. I had tax but no tax disc, apparently its an offence not to have a tax disc. I thought that was it, licence gone. I said sorry a few times and he just told me to slow down, and he gave me his name and number and told me to get tax in a week then come to the police station so he can see it. I had to go out and buy tax again because the car wasnt registered to me when I taxed it, so the tax disc got sent to the old keeper. It litrally took 6 months to get a refund from the DVLA. The cop didnt even say a word about the front numberplate. He was deffently a sound guy

If you dont drive like dick you wont really get pulled over.

  3. I think the worst lie I've ever told was when I was about 6.

For some reason I ran away from home. Probebly because I wasn't alowed sweets or something... I hid in my attic for about 10 hours, went to sleep behind this pile of bricks we had left over from a loft conversion, pissed my pants too. I remember this policeman poking his head in twice then went away.

I sneaked down to my room to change my pants, and looked outside the window and there was about 10 police cars and a helicopter with a search light looking for me. I knew I was in big trouble, so I jumped over the back wall, ran around the block then back to the front of my house. Everyone on my road was looking for me, and there was so many police.

I just said I went for a walk and got lost. Didnt even get in trouble haha. Still havn't told my rents I was in the house the whole time.

Teach them not to give me sweets

  4. I signed on to job seekers allowance the day I arrived back in the UK after pissing all my money up the wall for 4 months. Got to get my taxes from last year back before I start working again next month ;)

I havnt had any money yet though, scabs.

  5. I Just got back from 4 months in Aus last week. We went to indo for a month of surfing before we went to Aus, and had the sickest time. Camped out on the beach, stayed in sick wooden shacks, woke up in the mornings and munched some mangos off the trees, and pretty much lived in the sea, living the dream.

You meet so many people doing the same thing and its cheap as f**k in indo. Even in clubs its cheap (unlike £10 a pint singapore), in bali there was this deal 50,000 rhupia for unlimited beer for 5 hours, which is around £3.50. If your main beer diet is Bintang you cant go wrong either. You can eat meals for around 70p and stay in cheap as accomodation when you get out the touristy areas. Loads of lady boys though

In oz we started off in melbourne, got a crappy ford laser (weapon) and drove 3000 km up the coast to byron bay. We just ended up staying there for ages partying and surfing. I just ran out of money and had to come home.

So many things happened Im not even going to attempt to write them down, in indo the best police chases, moped crashes, exploring stuff in the midle of no-where, mushrooms, the old see who can get a hooker down to the lowest price game (She it was going to go there for free until I tore her down  ), police giving the weed to sell to the island cheifs.

Just get on with it and go travel. I cant wait to go again

I'll be leaving England in october, going to indo again then landing in Brisbane, Ive got some cheffing work sorted out in byron bay, (Its such a sick place to be) with this ozzy chef I used to work with, going to work with him for a year or so. He's looking to sponsor me, and I think I'll try and get a ozzy passport. I really want to drive around ozzy in a van too, right around to western australia (wont be driving down to victoria again) Ive heard some amazing things about it. Maybe hit thiland or somewhere on the way back here, or maybe leave oz in october 2011/12 and go on a snow season in europe or canada.

Just try to be organised and pack light. I just had a school bag filled with clothes and medical supplies (mainly tabs for the shits) and my surf board bag, so I was trecking down cliffs with all my stuff and running rings around my mates, who had huuuge traveling back packs filled with shit they dont even need, and a surfboard bags... They really stuggled walking into the middle of nowhere. Be orgainised though, I did a piss poor job of it, I didnt even get a holiday visa for Aus, or book a flight out of indo, so had to bribe my way out of the airport. When it came to leaving indo I booked a flight to oz, then at the airport found out I needed a holiday visa, luckily Garuda Indonesia sorted one out for me for free. On the way out of oz, it terned out my flight for some reason didnt take the money out of my account, so I didnt have a ticket. Luckily I got another one then and there for the same flight...

Club owners don't say "the place is wrecked; it's your fault" and if the roof is on fire it's an electrical fault.

I watched the hilltop hoods in byron bay like a week and half ago, they were sick. You heard there new album?

  7. I went to the pub last night for a quiet pint after work. This was 24 hours ago, the quiet pint escalated into full blown carnage, I ended up at this chicks house, left hers house at 8:30 this morning and went to work still pissed with no sleep. I sat outside the back of the bike shop at about 12 and fell to sleep with a rollie in my mouth. Burnt my neck, pretty smooth ;)
