  1. Can you not make a decision on your own ?!

Must you call upon trials forum to make every little choice that faces you in life. Jesus Christ....Spray them whatever the f**k colour you want. It's your bike for God's sake !!

    :ermm:

  2. To all you experts, what is the best way to select the area you want to change ?!

I'm using the magic wand tool atm and setting that number (can't remember it's name now) quite low so that you can select little ares for the fine detail and stuff. I'm sure there must be a better way of doing it cos it takes ages like this and doesn't always look perfect.

Also, how the hell so you change something to black. The way I do it with layers and stuff it won't do black.....Weirdness.

    Cheers

  3. Nokian Gazzalodi 2.3

Substantial amount of grip - good against pinch flats, nice tread pattern, very chunky :- - rather cheap at £21.99 - not too heavy (about the 1 kilo mark)

    You are joking right ?!

I used to pinch that stupid thing all the time. The grip is good (in the dry) and it is a nice chunky square profile tyre.....But the pinch protection is horrible.

  4. I've never tried this Photshopping malarcky before so I thought I'd give it a go. I know they're not brilliant but it's cos I kinda lost interest half way and just did a half arsed effort. I don't know how to select stuff properly so I just use the magic wand tool....Dunno if that's how you're supposed to do it, but I doubt it.

    Anyways...

    I want...

  5. Aha...Thank you, you wonderful people :-

I have to say that the blue one, altho you said it was done badly....IS GORGEOUS! That colour looks mint, especially with all the blue bits on me bike.

I also like the pink just cos it will stand out :D

Green, as much as I like the colour, it doen't go with anything, and I have tio colour co-ordinate to some extent. Hehe.

I'm torn between matt black and that blue now...Hmmm.

  6. Sorted. I think it looks pretty ace :D

Umm....As great as that is I was kinda hoping for something a bit more.....Refined :-"

I've got a Koxx in reserve it's ok (or will have soon anyways)....The Brisa is gonna be more of a "I'm bored so I'll do it up" kind of a thing.

    :D

  7. I'm gonna respary my Brisa when I have enough time and money, but I dunno what colour to do it in. Can someone make it in a variety of colours please ?! I was thinking of matt black or maybe white.

But have a play around with it. Keep in mind the colours of all the other parts are either blue, sliver or black :-

    P.S.

The stickers won't be there...Might design some new ones, or I might keep it blank...Not sure yet.

  8. Right...I've designed a custom sticker for my Koxx (Yes I was VERY bored), and I was wondering if it's possible to have it photoshopped onto my frame, in place of the original. If it is, and you can be nice enough to do it for me, then thank you :-

    Logo

    Or

    Or (Christ I'm bored)

    Frame

And again in case its easier or something...I dunno.

So yeah...If that's possible then I would be very grateful :D

    • Phone/Email Hope
    • Take Cassette off wheel
    • Find a box for the wheel
    • Write a covering letter to go with the wheel, making sure you include your own address
    • Address to Hope
    • Send by Parcel Force (Bout £8 if you want it insured as well)
    • Wait a week
    • Get wheel back with either new internals or just a new hub (They strip all the interchangeable stuff off, like axles, pawls etc. You're left with the hub shell and "Scrap" engraved in it)

    Simple as pie.

If you email Hope, don't expect a reply any time soon...Just send your wheel off and if they question you, just say that you did in fact email them.

The address to send your wheels to is...

    UK Head Office

    Hope Mill

    Skipton Road

    Barnoldswick

    Lancashire

    BB18 6EN

When Hope send the wheel's back they send them using some weird courier service...Think it's Omega. You have to be present to accept the parcel and to sign for it.

That's all there is to it.

EDIT BY TOMTURD: and that phone number again is.. 01282 851200 :-

  9. Rear - Maxxis High Roller 2.35 (or 2.5) -- Superb grip and pinch protection even when run at 22 PSI. Yet to see how long they last but they're only £15 so it doesn't really matter.

Front - Panaracer Trailblaster 2.1 -- Good grip, light, comes in different colours :hehe:
