Could of grinded your rim too many times? happened to me before
i wondered why my brake was crap as i had grinded it about 15 times and it got worse each time i grinded it
got a new rim and has been working well ever since

My koxx browns have lasted for about 4-5 months of use and i got them worn down already and theres still quite a bit left

In my own experience i found the plazmatics loudest by far but aparently the new rimjam pads are loud as fook!
